Nhu-Y is the absolute best. She was proactive to find a great fit for my in-laws, and then went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to get the apartment. She was kind, caring, and empathetic to our difficult situation. I really can't thank her enough!!

My mother-in-law has been a resident now for 2.5 months and I purposely waited to give a review once she was settled in. The best part of the process was working with Nhu-Y in the Leasing Department. She worked quickly, efficiently and communicated well, which we appreciate! After the move, it feels that all communication has been completely cut off. I have submitted work orders through the proper tool that have not been acted on at all. No one has ever answered the office line (excluding the leasing department), I've left numerous voicemails and have never received a response. I have only seen the office door in building 2 locked and closed with the blinds down, even when the lights are on. I understand this may be done for safety reasons but there must be a way to communicate with the staff. I have also sent emails to the offices and have never received a response. There was an emergency request which I called the after hours line and spoke to an answering service and the issue was addressed, which was very much appreciated! Also disappointed that we were told there would be activities in the Community Rooms, so far there has only been an ice cream social. I was really hoping for more organized activities for the residents and would love to volunteer with coordinating and leading this for them. I would highly recommend a stop sign at 3-way intersection adjacent to the under cover parking and trash dumpster, for a safer flow of traffic. Lastly, the apartment and building itself is clean, comfortable, quiet and feels safe.

I'm a 76 old widow. I'm having to move closer to my children and grandchildren. When my son called regarding availability, he spoke with the nicest lady Ms. Johnson who was very informative and provided much needed information. Hi my name is Valeria Bartlow and I am now a resident of Forest Glen Senior apartments which I am enjoying the nice and friendly neighbors whom I met while moving in. I want to recognize the leasing manager Nhu-Y Johnson who showed no bias toward my daughter and I. Nhu-Y was very professional and kind to us from the beginning when giving us a tour of the facility which she was very informative of every detail and space of the facility during the tour til the moment I received the key to my apartment as a resident of Forest Glen Senior Apartments I am pleased with my apartment and its amenities which are very nice and clean. Also during the evening are nice and quiet.

My parents experience living in Forest Glen has been wonderful. Ms Nhu-Y Johnson was so informative and helpful during the tour. We were amazed by all the community amenities & how clean and spacious the units were. From my first conversation with her to set up our first appointment and the many calls and visits until my parents were ready to move in. There was not one question left unanswered. I can say that our decision to choose Forest Glen was because of Ms. Johnson, the leasing manager at Forest Glen. Also, many thanks to all the management staff, who seems to have built a truly positive culture at Forest Glen for all the fortunate tenants. Nuh-y was the most amazing lady to deal with! When speaking of patience, kindness, and knowledge that is her mantra and I commend her for how much kindness she gives others to make them feel great. Making my mom feel happy means more to me in this world than words can say and I know she is a wonderful person ! Beautiful building and amenities too , but Nuhy-y makes the community what it is today sincerely!

We just moved our father here and we have nothing but good things to say about the facility as well as the manager, Ms. Johnson. The facility is clean, secure and spacious. Ms. Johnson is thorough and efficient. She walked us through the application process and answered all of our questions, providing stellar customer service and attention.

In March 2023, I moved my mother into Forest Glen Senior Apartment community in Centreville Virginia. What a fantastic, new, cheerful and secured facility with great staff. Ms. Nhu-Y (leasing manager) was extremely professinal, caring and helpful during the entire application and move-in process. Her assistance made the application verification process easy. Ms. Nhu-Y also provided us other great information such as Fairfax county Meals on Wheels and other social services for seniors adults that we were not aware of. She is very busy but always take time to welcome my mother and my family members during visits.

Maintenance crew does a great job of keeping up with repairs. But the intercom-access has not worked for a long time! This makes guest access and deliveries difficult for residents. Why two huge floor mats at the entry of a senior building?? I hope they will not wait until there is a major accident before remival.

Very Nice senior Living apartments, very polite tenants, staff are nice, they ask for a lot of information when getting started with the paperwork, Nhu-Y and Maria are very nice folks, sometimes they may come off brash or pushy, they still wear a lot of face masks there. Parking is a bit crazy at times.

My mother just moved to VA from Pennsylvania with a housing voucher, medical issues, and long term care services... needless to say it was a Herculean effort to coordinate getting her set up in VA and timing it with her lease starting. Nhu-Y Johnsons expertise, efficiency, and pleasant demeanor made this process so much easier. She kept in constant communication with me during the housing voucher porting process, told me how Ffx County works and what to anticipate, she always took my calls and emails when I had questions. And above all she was super supportive and kind. My mother is moving in this weekend and we are so pleased with the apartment unit and the neighborhood. I can't speak highly enough about Ms Johnson and the facilities. I'm looking forward to visiting my mom here for years to come.
