Surprised my grandmother this morning here. Looks pretty well clean.

The rent has increased by $200/mo! Electric bill for a 1 br appt is approximately $300/mo now as well. This location needs help to get DIFFERENT people to do exterminating instead of continuing to hire the same company that isn't getting the job done, costing the building owners more by staying with the same extermination with no fault of any of the residents for the problems that arise. Other than that everyone is very friendly and take their little dogs with them! Three stars.
