The rent has increased by $200/mo! Electric bill for a 1 br appt is approximately $300/mo now as well. This location needs help to get DIFFERENT people to do exterminating instead of continuing to hire the same company that isn't getting the job done, costing the building owners more by staying with the same extermination with no fault of any of the residents for the problems that arise. Other than that everyone is very friendly and take their little dogs with them! Three stars.

The Ladies here at Cougill Senior Apartments are Top Notch. Most of the Residents here enjoy Company from the other Residents. Each month someone comes and does Bingo for our Residents. Every month they Celebrate Birthdays for the Residents who's Birthday is for that month. There's no charge for the Birthday Crew but I think if your Birthday isn't that month their is a small fee of $ 3.50!! They ask that everyone bring a Dish of something and then you don't have to pay the fee. Every Thursday evening they play Bingo and it does cost money to play but when you win you get money. Most of the Residents have a Wonderful Time playing Bingo.

I lived at Cougill before and so when I was looking for an apartment again I went back to Cougill. It is central to stores, pharmacies and other retail stores. Management, for me, has always been helpful when I needed something.
