I am on the list for these apartments and I can hardly wait. I have looked all over the south side and they are by far the nicest I have found. They are in a great location and my 2 friends that live there, love it! The staff is friendly and helpful and they are well maintained. The neighborhood is excellent also. You just cannot beat the price, the location and the apartments themselves. If you are looking for a great place to move when you retire and want a safe spot that is close to everything, you need to get your name on the list!

I have lived here for over 4 years and absolutely love this place. I would not consider any other. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and most of the residents are great. Elevetor, laundry, exercise, sunnroon/puzzle/cable TV, large community room , cable tv and kitchen, large library, cable tv, security at all doors, and checked nightly by security, large outdoor back patio. I cannot express more how much I love it.

I've only lived here for a short time, but in that short time I have grown to really like this place. It is a secure building with an elevator. Large apartments with a giant size closet in the master bedroom and a nice laundry room on the 3rd floor. The mail is delivered inside the building and all the residents are very nice people. Gas heat is included with the rent. They do have baseboard heat and I have no clue how that will work out yet, but I will come back and update my review in a few weeks!
