Quiet, well priced and local to everything that you could need. I'm a fan. I was living in Latham and paying $1,000 a month for rent. I'm now far more centrally located to everything fun and my rent is tied to my income. Wish I had moved in years ago. But everything in its time I suppose. For the most part, people are cordial and mind their business. The facilities are clean and well kept. The horror stories have not been my experience. Sometimes the building does go down to one elevator, but this has not been a daily occurrence. I am pleased.
