I have been "living" here since 2013 or there about. Anyway, I am disabled, and around the time of my disability, this joint was one of only two places for which I qualified. I call this so-called apartment complex a joint, since it has been POORLY MANAGED BY MJ PETERSEN. In essence, MJ Petersen does not care about the QUALITY of life here. They only care about maintaining full occupancy at any cost. The residents are treated like commodities nothing more. I would strongly advise anyone NOTto rent from them if they want to keep their sanity..
