Would actually give this a zero star if possible I have lived here for four years and this is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. Fairview management is so unfair to people hateful does nothing to help us seniors. They want you to live up to your lease, but they sure don’t live up to theirs. Greedy company better think twice before thinking about moving in this place cause you surely will regret it. I am definitely hoping to be out of here when my lease is up this year if you don’t have loved ones around to help you, trust me, you will be on your own. I have been going round and round with them over a $74 water bill. I was told not to pay it until they had the investigation finished then now they’re charging me a $50 late fee because I’m waiting on them to tell me what’s going on with it. That’s why I didn’t pay it, but do you think they would try and help you absolutely not I’ve had several incidents happening around here. They turned their back on you or get hateful and smart with you. Disgusting place disgusting staff.
