Great place for senior independent living with awesome walkable access to downtown Asheville and especially the Grove Arcade. Unfortunately right now there is a 3 yr waiting list for an available apartment

My Mother has lived there for 25 years and she has loved every minute. NCR has done a somewhat good job taking care of the building
