Life at "The Luxe" is truly amazing. Our community is very active with a full calendar of events. Great pool, gym, library and more. Our manager Alysha and assistant manager Brandon care about the tenants , provide excellent service, and interact with the residents at many of the planned activities. You will feel like family when you join us here!

We've called The Luxe at Rowlett home for 3 1/2 years calling. We continue to enjoy and love the many, many opportunities to engage with neighbors and the beautiful amenities!! The entire team of Alysha, Brandon, Vickie and David work day in and out to maintain the building and amenities clean and beautiful! We appreciate them so very much. We love our apartment home!! Moving 1,400 miles to be close to family was a very big decision and choosing The Luxe at Rowlett continus to be the perfect choice!!

My husband and I are so happy living at The Luxe. We have met some amazing friends and this is truly a family. Management knows everyone’s name and is very involved with the residents. Alysia is very open and respective to our needs and suggestions. Vicky the janitorial person is amazing in all she does here. She keeps all the common areas clean and tidy. David the maintenance guy is efficient and does a great job. I would recommend to anyone that living at the Luxe is one of the best decisions we have made. This is truly an ACTIVE senior community.

Highlights are: the Bible study, positive staff ( Alysha And Shelby ) Jeannie the life coordinator volunteer with Apartment Life has brought a lot Of encouragement to me. , As well as other friendly residence. The Luxe is the BEST 55+ COMPLEX in the Rowlett area. My sister moved to The Luxe last November. It is wonderful having her here to share in all that The Luxe has to offer. My sister has made so many new friends. Our Weekly Events keep us all connected. The Luxe Residents are all about Friends Making Friends. We are a tight knit group. The Staff, to include a Great Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager are the best and make sure that we are all taken care of. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

My Husband and I moved here the middle of May. We like it here so much. We have met some nice people, that make you feel you are a part of this community, and make you feel so welcomed. Alysh has been so helpful and open to us. As well as the maintenance person David very helpful. And others. We have met some nice people. This is a great community of people that is so friendly. This place I call home. I call it the Hidden Gem. My apartment is adorable and so is my view from my back door. I feel very safe here which was my first priority. The office staff is fabulous! Alysha and Cecilia. They take care of everything we all need here and always with a smile. David as well takes care of all maintenance in a timely manner. Love all the neighbors here it is definitely like having family all around you. This place is immaculate at all times. So many amenities that you can just take your pick or just relax in your own apartment. You can do a lot or nothing at all. Whatever makes you happy! I absolutely love living here. It’s a God send.

I moved in this 5 star community from my beautiful three story home in beautiful San Diego. I traded sunny California for Texas to be able to watch my grandchildren grow and share the experience. As a grandfather now I really didn't want to miss the opportunity, with that being said my daughter introduced me to the Luxe were I was introduced to Cecilia Casiano. Cecilia went above and beyond to help me find the perfect 55 and older community. I can not find the words to truly express my gratitude to Cecilia If you're looking for the perfect new home call the Luxe at Rowlett ask for Cecilia sit back and let her work her magic.

I brought my mom here to tour the facility, as she is needing to downsize. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful! We were helped by Alysha, and she was very nice and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff seems like they truly care about their residents, which is what I am looking for as this will be the first time my mom is living alone. She will definitely be in great hands, and a beautiful home!

QUIET & PEACEFUL community, welcoming neighbors, clean & well-maintained facilities, fun and plentiful activities, and the ABSOLUTE BEST property management team & staff we have ever met are just some of the terms I use to describe our home. Honestly, this is resort-like living every day. On a scale of 1 to 5, The Luxe at Rowlett gets a 10 in our book. We are EXTREMELY happy to be residents.

I have been so happy since I moved to the Luxe at Rowlett. My apartment is perfect for my needs and desires. The staff is super friendly and competent. They are easy to reach, even on a weekend. Any time I've needed help or some kind of service, the experience has been great. My apartment is new and has all the amenities I wanted.The floor plan is modern. The management keeps the building hallways, public rooms, and the grounds clean and attractive. The apartment community has a lot of activities for the residents. Because of Covid concerns and my work schedule (I work remotely), I haven't been able to enjoy them yet, but I am looking forward to being able to. The activities look creative and entertaining. I've had occasion to run into other residents in and around the building. Everyone has been very nice, friendly, and welcoming to me. I do enjoy stopping to pet an occasional dog. The pets people have here are quiet and friendly. It is a nice element to the environment. The apartment complex has a library, theater, gym, a pool, business room, community meeting room, and rooms for fun activities. The staff has been very accommodating and helpful. I recommend The Luxe at Rowlett wholeheartedly.

I absolutely Love Love Love living at the Luxe! It is quiet and comfortable. It is the most comfortable I have felt any where I have lived. the apartments here have nice size rooms and I don't feel cramped. The property is well kept, the staff are nice and helpful and put on fun activities for the tenants. Did I say I love living here? I really do!
