I moved in June 9th 2023. Living here 7 months. AWESOME, QUIET, RESPECTFUL,MY APARTMENT IS GREAT. The rent is WOW! with all utilities paid, I just pay for wifi. Manager & Associates are great. Location is convenient for everything.

More passive aggressive signs on the walls and fixtures than a Catholic high school. Also, if your sign says that you'll accept deliveries until 5, you shouldn't lock the doors at 4:45 and leave the office. Your residents pay for that service and should expect it until the posted time.
