if you dont suck up to the management you will be out the door....apts are less than 400 sq ft....you have to pay for upgrades and the manager favors men not women....if you complain or suggest anything you are out the door.....and the suck ups are real trash....like grammar school.......they put up with drunk men before stand up women....and the community activities are so boring....brain dead people will love this place....CNN fans

I Work For Rainforest Plumbing & Air... Started out with giving my contact on site a call when I arrived. When I got there he had came to my van to meet me supervisor Vencent... then meet up with Technician Edward. Once at Building 14 we saw a mainline water leak and he asked if I could get it done asap please I said yeah... made some calls got the right people on the job with me. They helped me and were super kind individuals & very professional No matter the time they stuck it out till the job was done... I give them gentleman a 5 star review for there great service for the Orchard Mesa Community.

My grandma has been a resident at this senior apartment community for over a year now. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The grounds are well-maintained and the common areas are always clean and inviting. She loves the sense of community here - there are always activities and events going on that give her the opportunity to socialize and make new friends. The residents are all so kind and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this senior apartment community to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive place to call home. It has truly enhanced her quality of life and I am grateful she is a part of such a wonderful community.

Excellent staff in the rental office, maintenance crew, and activities. Lots of activities to take part in. Have lived here for 13 years and planning on staying indefinitely. Residents have a reserved parking spot and there are spaces for guests.

Our experience living at the Orchard Mesa Apartments has been outstanding!!! Every member of the office and maintenance staff have responded to our day to day needs timely and accurately! The Activities have been "top of the line"!!! We appreciate Jesse Recker so much for treating us like family during our residency. Looking forward to many more years ahead here at the Orchard Mesa.

My father has been a resident for 23 years. The staff is caring and friendly. Service requests are taken care of very quickly. He really enjoys the activities and Sunday church.

The Orchard was such a Godsent in my mom's life. This is way more than an apartment complex; it is truly a community of dedicated staff that look after senior residents and on top of providing housing for an affordable price, they provide a variety of activities and recreational facilities. There was a wait list to get my mom her apartment, and Miss Mollie helped us along the way for many months. Mollie was always kind, responsive, and willing to make the process as easy as possible. I don't live in Arizona, but since my mom moved to Mesa, I have the piece of mind that she is in a safe place surrounded by incredible people that will treat her with kindness. I am forever grateful to Mollie for all of her time she dedicated to getting us to the finish line to sign my mom's lease!

The front office is attentive to your needs and the maintenance team is fast to respond to work order requests. I just moved from upstairs to downstairs end of May and love it, the only negative is little critters downstairs units vs upstairs but it is summer and insect season so we're working on it. Lots of activities both day and at night, weekends too for those who work, nice clean pool and nice landscaped grounds.

Our father LOVED this community and the staff was super friendly to our entire family. Parking is a challenge but they are doing the best they can with the space they have available.

VERY DISAPPOINTED... To find out that they paint the entire apartment when the resident (of two years) moves. But because one wall was painted in a light color (accent wall) they kept all but $25 of the residents deposit. This person paid their rent on time in full every month and at least a week early as well. Left the place clean, turned in keys early, it's only the 21st day of the month and the apt has already been painted and rentable. Nails are allowed in the walls. It's kinda petty to keep an elderly disabled person's deposit...the money was much needed by the tenant who lives on disability payments. Office staff is rude, parking sucks,. There's more. I do NOT recommend moving to the "ORCHARD".
