Overall meets our "basic" needs. We have concerns entering our 10th year on the property about facility maintenance. Especially aging apartment paint and carpet. Amenity rooms electronics like movie theater, TV's, video screens, internet speeds, wi-fi issues, etc ... Can't reliably count on TV's in Sports Lounge working properly, movie theater is chancy on whether Internet can maintain speed or if there will be buffering problems and aging projector. Many residents have no idea how to operate LSC electronics and myself and a few others try to help when we can.Pet accidents seem to be on the rise in public areas. Water coolers and coffee lounge supplies are not properly refreshed and often missing. More handicap parking spaces are needed at East and west end of the north parking lot near entrances. The bocce ball court in the courtyard is in need of maintenance. Elevators are out of service far too often. One of the best part of living here is the on-site fitness instruction availability from Liberty Community Center and having an activities director. There is a high turnover rate of apartment management staff. Management now charges residents for activities that for many years were covered as part of our lease. Thanks for asking.

I have been here for almost 4 years and it has been a wonderful place to live! This is my first time living in Missouri and at Liberty at Shoal Creek, I am close to my family and I have found friends. There is lots to do here and I have a lovely apartment. Thanks to all the management team!!

I have been at LSC for 6 yrs and love my apt and the safety of the place. I only wish that we could still reserve some of the areas for family gatherings and celebrations. That was always a high point for me. Very disappointed that that has stopped.

The only negative that I can think of is how difficult it is to get delivery’s. Could the directions be over looked? Otherwise, we love living here.

I am writing this from a vendor's point of view, as I worked with the staff at Liberty at Shoal and have to say--they were wonderful! Easy to work with, ready to help the residents, and incredibly kind. From that inside experience, I can see that this is a wonderful place to live!

People are friendly and caring. There are many activities to enjoy. Maintenance is prompt. Nothing is never perfect. I do enjoy living here. A little disappointed that we have had frequent turnover in management positions

My sister had an apartment there, It is a fairly new building with lots of activities for the residents, I found it to be a very nice place to visit, also it is located near lots of places to dine and plenty of places to shop.

Cool place to visit Grandma's. Only draw back and/or feature was security doors made it hard to get around without an escort that lived there. My brother and I are jealous that we aren't of age to live there too. She hosted a birthday party for us there in one of their tavern style common areas.
