I have only been here since February, 2025 . The manager and people here were so friendly and welcoming me when I first came and I love this place , I would recommend this place to everyone . I will always give them a five star but I think they need a 10 .

Having lived here approaching 3 yrs I've established some clarity with these points - Buffington Towers offers a living environment that allows for one's solitude as well as the option for community interaction.... I've yet to win one of our simulated game shows and the trivia challenges still haven't padded my pocket - however you will find me front and center during the times food is offered in the community room. As for Buffington Towers provision of safety and security, with equipment, policy and presence it's evident they are separating themselves from other similar developments - result is a more comfortable atmosphere. I consider this location ideal, easy access to one of the many churches, public transportation, the River Market District, MacArthur Park and the beat goes on.........

Maintenance finally made it to my apartment and is working on the problems I am having. They fixed most of them very quickly. Just abide by the rules and you will have no trouble here.

I lived there for 22 years following the death of my spouse. Apts newly renovated with microwave dishwasher and ceiling fans. Nice place for seniors and disabled.Only one drawback the parking for residence is far too small.
