to update my original review. I moved out of Avalon Court for a few reasons. They put up my rent 300.00 per month and I found one with less the price. The apartment started out exceptionally clean and gradually got dirtier and dirtier. Gravel was being tracked throughout the building it did improve somewhat the few weeks before I moved but no noticeable cleaning staff for the last 7 months. They started a recycle program with food and took away 4 bins. The garbage was always overflowing on a Monday even though I saw the staff tried to control it. The landscaping was none existent and the lawn and shrubs were dyeing off. They say first impression is the most important and if you want to charge that price you need to have your building and yard look exceptional. I loved living here as far as the staff and the large apartment but found it wasn't worth the price . The only reason I am giving 3 stars is the staff, from the accounting dept to Christine and Pam! They give exceptional service which is hard to beat

Definitely recommend choosing Avalon Court for accessibility, in and around. Almost been a month here and liking it so far. Some maintenance issues but all were addressed and fixed so no problem. Pamela (leasing agent) was able to address all the questions prior to the move and made sure that we know everything on the move in day for smoother navigation.

I've lived here for 3 years. I've always dealt with the lease agent Pam, who is absolutely fantastic! However, the quality of living here has gone downhill big time. It used to be nice and clean. Now we have dog sh!t/piss at side entrances due to lazy, irresponsible pet owners. The floors are mopped with filthy water from a small household Vileda bucket that doesnt get changed enough by the cleaners, you can see the streaks on the tiles. The hallway walls have holes and paint patches everywhere. The windows are always dirty and smeared/streaky. The gym floor/equipment is not cleaned, nor do we have sanitation wipes kept in stock, also equipment that sits there broken and unusable (treadmill), it's been like this for at least 6 weeks. The hallways carpets are stained and left unvacuumed for days. The dumpsters are always overflowing, blowing trash all over the parking lot, littering essentially. We have tenants smoking in their units too. Which leaches into the hallways and into other units including mine. Rent keeps going up and up, but the quality of life here is not. The standard of cleanliness has dropped drastically and it's embarrassing when i have company over. Quit being so cheap! We are human beings living here, not just unit numbers!

Move in day was yesterday and couldn't have gone more smoothly. Pam Cooper was very welcoming, attentive and listened all our issues. Despite Pam being a Calgary Flames fan the whole experience was memorable. NO ONE CHEERS FOR THE FLAMES PAM!! 😉

Very beautiful place. All the managers is nice and kind technically their owners but whatever had a very good experience this place is very good for staying at totally would recommend if you're trying to find a small space with two bedrooms yeah, so good day everyon

I am a new tenant at this place and I love the service so far.Pamella Cooper is a nice lady she helped me a lot and the best thing of all she got great communication skills and she is so kind. I hope to get a good experience but so far so good thank you Pamella you re the best. I had to move out because I had another kid and the space became small for us. No noise, they are very quick whenever you have maintenance issues and when you move out they give you your money back. This is the best place that i ve ever rented!

Your representative at Avalon Court in Edmonton, Pamela Cooper did everything possible to ensure we had a successful move-in. She even gave us her parking stall. We are so happy living here. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment with a den. It is a modern apartment with stainless steel appliances and we have heated underground parking.
