Been here since 2018. The neighbors are awesome! The staff amazing and there for you! Building well taken care of. Rent is less then in market. Making it affordable. My guests are always amazed how beautiful it is here. Shout out to Ketaki, Julianna, Victoria and Colin! They resolve your issues 100%. Thank you from Sheri and LJ in suite 130.

I've lived in 3 different Boardwalk's buildings and I couldn't be happier. The management is very responsive, the maintenance team is super fast when we need any kind of work and the cleaners do a great job. I also loved the renovation they did last year. The lobby looks awesome and most importante: it feels like home here! keep up the great work Auburn Landing.

I moved in Auburn Landing two months ago, but I've already felt a friendly and helpful atmosphere from the onsite office staff. I had a bad garage opener and Monica switched a good one for me right away. I could not open my room door today; Monica came down to solve the issue immediately. When I found something and reported to the office, I always got reply, most from Julianna. More importantly, all helps, answers, and replies were in a timely manner. I have been very satisfied and happy with this place so far. Thank you, all office staff! I have been living in this amazing apartment since June 2023. I am glad to call this Auburn Landing a home because all staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful and everything inside and outside the building is clean, safe, and convenient. Whenever I have questions or requests, I am always satisfied with answers and actions from the on-site management team and maintenance crews in a timely manner. The professionalism of the team makes my life in this great community happy, comfortable and worry free. Thank you, the team!

The two gentlemen who came to my apartment this morning to install a new microwave were top-notch. They were very polite and they did the job expertly and cleanly. When they discovered that something was not just right they uninstalled it and fixed what was wrong, and then re-installed it. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that all was in order before they left. I am very happy with the work that they did.

This apartment has been well maintained by on site management team. Specially thanks to the team leader or site manager ( She is the site office lady, I do not know her name ). I saw her quite often when she was inspecting and checking the buildings inside and outside. The stairs are clean and shine, the lawns are green and trimmed nicely, the lounges are bright and neat. I feel the apartment a home to me.

It's been a great experience from start to finish. Office staff are so nice and friendly and always available to help in any way. Location is key with easy access to Deerfoot or 52nd. The building is always well-maintained and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommended.
