Let me start right off by saying you won’t find a more caring, compassionate, and competent team to care for your loved one in a small, family-styled setting than you’ll find at Westfall AFC. My mother’s final month of hospice care occurred at Westfall. The staff checked on her frequently and had cheerful and kind things to say to her even when she wasn’t alert. It gave me great comfort to know they were doing everything they could to make sure she felt important to them and loved by all. Only one month after her passing, my father moved into Westfall. He received hospice care and was wheelchair dependent. He told corny jokes every day and the staff would tell us how funny he could be. He loved being among the other residents and staff. When we visited, he was rarely in his room but instead at the dining tables or living room. Again, we were greatly comforted knowing he was receiving excellent care and personal attention. Sadly, dad passed away in late March. The director and staff helped prepare us for this and were so supportive of us in our grief. I will never forget the caregivers at Westfall. They cared for and comforted my parents through life’s greatest transition. I never had a single doubt that we had found the perfect temporary home for mom and dad.

I am so grateful we were able to move my mom into Westfall! Originally we only planned on having mom live there for 6 months while she recovered from a severe UTI. In that time she got so much better that I wanted her to keep living there because she was so well taken care of by the wonderful staff. When we lost mom to sudden natural causes, members of the staff and fellow residents came to her memorial. The low number of residents means more personal care and my mom loved the whole staff. Janell, the owner, was simply wonderful, always keeping me apprised of my mom's condition. It really did feel like a home, not some sterile facility. They have my unending thanks for taking such good care of her when I wasn't able to.

We would like to thank Janell and her wonderful staff for the excellent care they gave our family member. In the twenty months he was there he was very resistant at first to be in a care facility but with Janell and her staff it became home. He was a hunter and enjoyed seeing the wild life out his windows. It was an affordable price and very well maintained and would highly recommend for someone who wants a place for their loved one to be treated like family.

This is a great place to call home for those that cannot remain in theirs. When I visit staff are always friendly and attentive to the residents needs. The home is clean and meals look delish!

Janel is absolutely wonderful! Helps place people in homes that can care for them, cares very passionately about the care of her residents in her own facility and in other facilities and above all else has an EXTREME determination in making sure that ANY & ALL elderly are cared for PROPERLY and completely. She will be honest and steer you in the right direction. Very thankful to have her & her business, in my corner and in the corner of many people and their families!

Westfall is a wonderful place! Everyone really cares there. They have wonderful events for the families, and do activities with residents. I always recommend Westfall when someone needs a loved one placed.

Westfall AFC gave a great first impression upon touring. The residents all looked happy and well taken care of. The staff were very welcoming and engaged with the residents. A homemade soup was being prepared which filled the home with a savory aroma. The property has received some upgrades that really added to its home like feeling. The owners are committed to providing a caring, clean, and loving atmosphere for the residents, families, and friends.

Westfall is a quiet, comfortable and adorable assisted living in a country setting. Not only are the owners deep-rooted and passionate about senior care, the staff and outside resources are just as dedicated to providing high-quality care for our loved ones. My cousin is the happiest she has been in years and we know that her move to Westfall has played a major role in that. The things that matter most are a priority with this assisted living. You won’t be disappointed.
