Your guest has to pay $10 per night . Food truck every Friday. Just a heads up . Update: 7/29/2024 Its really hard to get in contact with the office when you need important documents and applications to submit in a timely matter. Don't bother calling just show up during business hours and let them know its urgent. Make sure this is short term unless you are buying a condo. Renting long term with Riverfront is a bad investment. You can't Airbnb or put up for vacation rental. You can only sublease though that maybe hard due to the fact most people only want to rent on a 6 month term. Otherwise still nice community there are extra fees that I don't understand . Some may look pass the extra fees due to your own personal experience. Unfortunately my experience has not been the best due to me having to chase them down for every important event. A security deposit that was not sent to me after 30days of returning my keys and still pending. (Michigan Laws)

*****UPDATE*****07/18/2024 I FINALLY GOT MY LEAKY FAUCET FIXED NATE CAME IN AND FIXED A WEEK LONG PROBLEM IN A MATTER OF MINUTES I'm thankful but I'm still not happy with that leasing office. They ignored me for DAYS *****UPDATE*****07/16/2024 I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE LEASING OFFICE They DO NOT get back to you when in a timely manner. My water has been leaking for A WEEK NOW NO ONE HAS COME TO FIX IT The leasing office will send your call to their automated voicemail (remote workers). *****UPDATE*****05/05/2023 It takes communication for understanding and I think my relationship with the ladies in the leasing office has come a long way and THAT'S A GOOD THING. I can honestly say that maintenance is ON IT now!!!! I stand behind what I said about the community here.....IT IS GREAT!!!! I love the community events and fellowship that comes along with it. I really LOVE THIS PLACE for the record. What I DON'T like is not being able to talk to ANYONE in the leasing office b/c the have field operators. I don't want to talk to ANYONE that's NOT ON SITE!!!!!! *****UPDATE*****01/16/2023 Well, where do I start?!? Let's start with the SECURITY or lack there of!!!! The security has let a few people through the gates for me WITHOUT CALLING ME TO INFORM ME!!!! Whenever I ask to speak to someone about the matter I feel ignored because I have YET to have someone in SECURITY (JaMarcus) to call me back. There was a full on fight right outside of my apartment door one night and when I called down to the guard shack (leasing office was closed) I was told that the neighbors we're having some guests on the balcony. The thing is....that particular unit doesn't even have a balcony So SECURITY LIED AGAIN!!!! There has been dog poop IN THE ELEVATORS and I won't even talk about the refuse/garbage room (despicable). The fact that there is only ONE ELEVATOR working in tower 100 is just as sad with mostly seniors living there. In my opinion...this place ain't nothing but GOOD TIMES!!!! *****UPDATE***** 02/2022 So far so good. We are so glad to be residents here. EVERYONE in the community seems pretty nice. I even get my hair done at the beauty salon. If there were ONE thing I would change it would be the disrespect and rude behavior from one particular security guard at that guard shack. She wouldn't allow my food to get delivered which I had to come down TO THE GUARD SHACK TO GET IT. She gives my guest a hard time whenever they would visit and the straw that broke the camel's back is when she wouldn't allow my husband and me to enter the building......making us wait for a long period before allowing us through the gate. I talked to JaMarcus (NICE GUY) and he knows exactly who I'm talking about. Also, Kristen Hawkins works in the office and I can't say enough good about her. She knows her job and is so very nice. My leasing agent, Angela is just as nice. ***November 2021**** We have been living here a lil over a month now and I love it here. The staff and security are both nice and professional. I like the fact that this is also a dog-friendly community. The views are wonderful and we're already thinking about upgrading to a three-bedroom.

Ive been living at riverfront towers for about 8 months now and i absolutely LOVE it. My dream come true apartment in downtown Detroit! The maintenance people here are one of the nicest and caring people! They are always ontop of honestly everything! Colleen has been my go to since I moved in! She made the move in process very simple and easy answered literally every question I had in mind haha! Riverfront Towers is the place to live if you're thinking about moving Downtown! Leasing office has such nice ladies working and never leave you without an answer! Riverfront Towers has such a beautiful community here very friendly and the views are amazing!! Thank you riverfront towers for being true to your words & making our living comfortable and happy! 1000000/10 recommend

It is a reasonable place to be in . Nighttime security maybe tired . All I'm gonna say is make sure you have your own security. Purchase your own security cameras . Other then that. It is a beautiful place to live.
