Providence Adult Family Home offers a comfortable environment for dear loved ones who require compassionate care while still hanging on to their independence with dignity even when their health declines.The owners train their staff to the highest caliber to ensure the home is clean, residents treated with respect, activities are tailored to maintain healthy movement, which balance well with nutritious meals cooked by an on-site chef, a garden which supplies organic fruits and vegetables, even house calls made by medical providers and a podiatrist nurse for pedicures.

In the last three years, I've had the pleasure of making nurse visits for Horizon's Palliative and Hospice residents at this AFH. Angela and her team are skilled in 1) collaborating with all teams and family members involved in resident care, 2) ensuring pt's physical, emotional, spiritual, mental needs are met, and 3) going above and beyond in providing activities of daily living support. In my opinion, their specialities are giving excellent hygiene care, offering fresh and nutritionally robust foods/drinks, and their genuine compassion for people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this AFH for my loved ones.

We were very fortunate to find this loving, Christian based family home for Mom. With all the TLC and great home cooking, Mom lived three years longer than expected. That gave family time we will treasure forever. Great memories and holiday celebrations. Always tending to her care 24/7. So clean and friendly, Mom felt at home there. Special thanks to everyone there. God bless them.
