Our mom has been a resident at one of the New Horizon homes. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the home, the staff and caregivers. Everyone is so nice, kind, patient and they make every resident and their families feel cared-for and respected. The food is wonderfully prepared and presented. We are so grateful for our experience with New Horizon.

My mother has been a resident for over ten years. I couldn't have located a better place for her to live. The home like atmosphere and attentive staff make all the difference, always warm smiles and a caring hands. My mother has been in New Horizons for over two years, during that time there have been challenges, however each time the staff has worked patiently to overcome the difficulties. 2020 was difficult due to the virus but we were able to visit via the telephone and looking through the window. The care has been tailored to meet my mother's need, we couldn't ask for any more. I wholeheartedly recommend New Horizon's to anyone seeking specialized care.

My 90 year old father who has Parkinson's was in great need of expert professional care. It was a great challenge to find the right facility to meet his complex needs. We are so fortunate to have found New Horizon homes. They really listened to us to fully understand the challenges we are facing with my dad. The staff is very professional and polite and mostly, extremely kind to my family. They are all heart and we are getting the care we need at fair price.I would not hesitate to recommend their home to anyone in need. They are angels.

The staff is very kind and patient with my mother in law. It has been very hard this year with Covid but the staff stays positive and upbeat. The home is kept very clean at all times. We are happy to have found this home for her!

New Horizon homes was a great place for my father. The staff is truly a cut above what you will find elsewhere. They genuinely care for and serve the residents with kindness and gentleness. I looked forward to visiting the staff along with visiting my father. Never once, in three years do I remember the house being dirty or not smelling fresh. Any issues or concerns I had (which weren't many) were addressed quickly and efficiently.

If I could leave a greater than a five star I would. This place is clean, welcoming and staff cares for my mom. They always give clear answers to my questions unlike the last place we were at. I don't have a large experience with other places except one other and by far this place sets the standard.
