My husband was at Nataly’s for a short time before dying. Nataly bragged to me about she stayed with him in the middle of the night as he was dying. Why did she never call me? After 60 plus years of marriage did I not have the right to be with him? She called me 5 hours after he died!!! He was bed ridden and one day I was with him for over three hours and no one came in to check on him. I entered through the open door and no one greeted me. Also, beware of the fine print in the contract. I had to pay for an entire month though he was only there 5 days in that month.

Fabulous care for my Mom at Nataly's Adult Family Home! Mom lived there for almost four years and was treated like a respected member of the family. I moved her there after conducting very thorough research on a variety of types of senior care facilities in Vancouver and in Portland. My research included a review of the State of Washington's facility inspections. The facility is newer, very clean, bright and welcoming, and well organized. The caregivers are genuinely caring and respectful. They are able to provide a broad range of services. My Mom felt like she was "home" there. And I felt comforted because I knew she was well taken care of. It's a wonderful place for your loved one to live when they need the care that you can't provide. Highly recommend! I have such gratitude for Nataly, Lucy, and all the family and staff at Nataly's Adult Family Home.

Natalie's adult family home is outstanding. We had a good neighbor friend there that we were caring for. Natalie's is immaculate and they are always watching after their customers. No one is ever left alone with needs. They eat well and everything is cleaned constantly, and there are no odors. We would certainly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and dependable facilitiyfor their loved one.

I am so happy that we were able to find Nataly to care for my Grandpa. He was high needs and had been at another AFH, rehab facility, and lengthy stays in local hospitals and Nataly had the best care of them all by far. She is also easy to communicate with and responds quickly to text messages, which I appreciated. Her staff and entire family is very friendly, my grandpa especially enjoyed conversations with Nataly's husband and visits from her kitten. My grandpa eventually got to the point of hospice care and during his last final moments she was there with him and was with him throughout his last night. It has been so comforting for our family to know he wasn't alone and she was there caring for him until his last moment. Thank you is not enough.

I needed a "home" for my friend. I visited two prior to Nataly's..I knew almost instantly that Nataly's was the perfect place. A total family situation. No one stuck in a back bedroom! A real family atmosphere. Home cooked meals, music and crafts. Always clean and Nataly's mother and daughter were so kind and loving to my friend. I highly recommend Nataly's Adult Family Home. My father in law Carl P was cared for by Nataly and her staff. He received best care in last years of his life. We are so proud of Nataly to treat him as a family member and provide him care with compassion.our family is very greatful to make last months of his life happy . My sister, who had cerebral palsy and was very handicapped lived in Nataly's Adult Family Home and I was so grateful for the care and love she was shown. The home is kept spotless and the residents are very clean and well cared for. It is like a family as residents become friends. Birthdays are celebrated with a party which includes all residents. I also loved to be there as I was included in that family. It is a very homey and caring atmosphere that is not found very often in these situations. Nataly went out of her way to drive to Seattle to meet Barbara to make sure she would be a good fit for the home. That type of dedication is found in all she does in Nataly's Adult Family Home. Very very highly recommended .

If you are looking for an adult family home for an elderly parent or loved one look no futher.Nataly is awesome she is a very good caregiver she pays attention to details and is very informative about the care she is giving.Her home is absolutely beautiful and is designed and built for caregiving.I couldnt be more happy with her care and services she gives to my Mother.

When my elderly mother needed more care than I was able to give, my family and I researched for a home where she would receive loving, professional, and safe care. Happily we found Nataly's Adult Family Home. From the beginning, Nataly and her family spent time with my Mom. helping her to adjust quickly and comfortably in her new surroundings, as well as getting to know her personally. My Mother always commented to me on how well Nataly was taking care of her. Nataly is very organized and attentive to each resident's individual medical plan. Often when I took my Mom in for a doctor appointment, her doctor and nurse would make a specific comment as to the wonderful care she was receiving. I appreciated that my Mother was always clean. Also, Nataly's home is kept very clean . She is careful and protective to maintain as healthy an environment for elderly people as possible. Nataly provides many wonderful healthy, home-cooked meals. My Mother was a good cook so I was happy that she could be near and smell the fragrance of home-cooking. Nataly has a wonderful family who are all extremely polite and respectful of the residents. I really cannot say enough about how kind they are, respectful, polite, and easy to talk to, each one. It was wonderful to develop a relationship with Nataly, which I appreciate so much. Through the ups and downs of my Mother's health in the last few years, Nataly's actions and decisions showed she was doing everything in my Mother's best interest. When we first took my Mother to Nataly's home, she was in very poor health and I did not expect that she would live long. But under Nataly's wonderful, professional care she blossomed and enjoyed her life, family visits, music, activities that she could participate in. She almost made it to her 98 th birthday. I highly recommend and am so grateful that we found Nataly's Home.
