The atmosphere at Pine Tree is always so clean and pleasant. We arrived just before Thanksgiving time to find the entryway and common area beautifully decorated for the holidays. It's apparent that there is a desire to make sure the residents feel comfortable. The owners are attentive, personable and welcoming. They are compassionate and always make time to connect with the families.

My brother has been a resident at Pine Tree for a year and a half, and I must say that the new owners have made vast improvements. The staff is considerate and caring and the living area does not feel clinical at all. They've newly decorated the living area with the kitchen as the hub. It feels very warm and homey. Thank you, Pine Tree Place, for taking such good care of my brother!

5 stars!! My loved one currently resides here and the entire staff has been warm and welcoming. Their gentle approach and commitment to the residents dignity and well being don't go unnoticed. Definitely has a more at home feel than other communities that we toured, which I think is very important. The owners, manager and all of the aides have been nothing short of wonderful, from daily care of my loved one to their communication and keeping me informed. Very thankful we found Pine Tree Place

Although my father's stay was brief, the new owners and the staff at Pine Tree Place, made my family feel at home. They treated us as if we had known each other for years and were great friends. From the very beginning they listened to our concerns, informed us of our options and were personally invested in his care. The compassion shown and time spent to know their patients and families is not only impressive but extraordinary With a newly renovated facility that is cozy and inviting, it gives you the feeling of being home with family.

My first interview to place my husband in hospice at a facility for memory care patients was with Pine Tree Place in Clarkston, and I was so impressed with the compassionate staff and a feeling of being at home that I couldn't wait to get back after being at another facility. I was not disappointed. My husband and I immediately bonded with the owners and the staff; they quickly became "part of my family". They made sure that they had food on hand that my husband would like if the menu was not to his taste and made sure that he was clean and comfortable. They would even take the time to talk to him as a friend. I could not have been more pleased. The owners and the entire team at Pine Tree have been a true blessing to me during this difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

This is an easy five stars. Mom was moved here from another facility for the last few months of her life. She wasn't the easiest person to deal with and had significant medical and dementia-related issues, however, the staff was very warm, attentive, and compassionate toward her. They quickly got to know her on a personal level, and they kept in close contact with us for updates on her condition. We noticed that she was always clean, as was her bedding and room whenever we stopped in to visit. The rooms are spacious and there is no institutional feel to the facility; it has a home-like atmosphere. We wish we had found Pine Tree Place years earlier.

My mother was a resident of Pine Tree Place for a few months before she sadly passed away. We chose Pine Tree Place because of the size of the facility, the number of residents, the cleanliness of the facility, the affordability and the great staff. Because the facility is smaller and holds less residents it is more of an "at home" feel. It is obvious that the staff care very much for the residents. As hard as it was to move my mother from her home we were very happy with our decision to place her in Pine Tree Place. The office manager Ashley is great and was very helpful and very caring.

I have had multiple family members reside at Pine Tree Place over the past 20 years. Most recently, they cared for my mother for approximately 6 years with dementia. The staff at Pine Tree has always treated my family members with great care and compassion. Communication with me has always been done in a timely manor. I would like to especially thank Ashley and Margaret. They are first rate care givers!

Pine Tree Place is on of the greatest place for your loved ones. If you love your loved one like I do.. I would highly recommend bring them here. Every time I walk in the facility the staff and administrator Melisa always greats me with kindness. When I take my mom outside she always tells me how that lady with the blonde hair took good care of me and I really love her being here. I just absolutely love this place, it is a calm, quiet and well loving community. This is an awesome place! I love the ambiance, culture, food, the surrounding community among many other things. I love that they provide exercise and wellness activities. This house is amazing, they provide great meals to the guests and also have a kitchen that they can use. It is located in a peaceful community in Clarkston. I met some really awesome guests here who are very happy to stay in a place like this.
