Does Good Samaritan Rehabilitation take Medicare or Medicaid?

Reviews Good Samaritan Rehabilitation
July 2024
I worked nights here for about a year and a half when it was still Good Samaritan. I am ASSUMING it has gotten better. Not that it was ever really bad, just very disorganized. I always said, "CNAs and secretaries ran the place." There was very little respect for nurses. I know the new(er) DON is Stacy, who was my nursing preceptor at EIRMC when I was in nursing school. Because of this alone, I am going to guess that it is a lot better now. It has also been bought out by a new corporation. (The name isn't coming to me but it also owns TPAC). I would try it out if I needed to place my loved one in LTC or rehab. *Cascadia, it's right in the name. Ha. I know I love a lot of people who currently work here. Therapists and nurses I have worked with at other places and here.

Eagle Rock has an amazing team of people who care deeply about the residents. Yeah, the building is older but it's the staff that make the facility work and they are top notch! I would have no problem with a loved one staying there.

I have worked at Eagle Rock for over a year, and was also at this building before it was bought by Cascadia Healthcare. I can honestly say the current team is one of the best I've seen! The therapy department specifically is outstanding. The residents truly feel at home, and it so apparent that they have strong relationships with the clinical staff. I've recently moved and had to leave Eagle Rock and I'm so saddened to go. I know this building has some new plans in the works!

I recently rejoined the workforce after raising kiddos, I thought my adjustment would be difficult. But I genuinely love my job, the people and the residents. It doesn't feel like a workplace, but instead a very friendly family atmosphere. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand when needed, and don't just pass the bucket. The staff truly treat the residents like family, and do everything possible to ensure we are giving 100% to the residents every single day. And the therapy team is AMAZING. The progress they make with the residents definitely shows their hard work and dedication to helping your loved ones. If you need a facility you can trust with your loved one, then come visit Eagle Rock Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia.

I was skeptical the first night, but on my second day I was convinced I was in the right place for me. The nurses are caring and sweet and the physical therapist Mark was amazing. I loved Mojo and bingo. Would definitely recommend this place. And if I ever needed any more skilled nursing or therapy I would go here again. If I could give it Ten stars I would.

Eagle Rock has new Administration, new revamped in-house Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy program. They are great!
April 2023
Amazing caring staff and wonderful residents. This review is coming from a newer employee at the facility and I am impressed with the quality of care provided at Eagle Rock. The older reviews for the facility are very negative and from what I can tell this is due to the facility being owned and operated by a different company a year or so ago, but from what I see under the new management it's a 5 star facility and I would recommend.
February 2023
I had my leg amputated above the knee on the 17th of July. I came to Eagle Rock Health and Rehabilitation for 4 weeks of Rehab. This place is amazing. After being here I feel like I have a family here. I have had great Medical care and PT and OT. Here at Eagle Rock there are so many wonderful people. The Administration has open doors. The Nurses really care about you. The CNAs do a tremendous job. Thanks Bunches for everything.
