I have lived here for 5 yrs and have always enjoyed being here. Martina and Arturo are always responsive and pleasant. The location is great and I love all the trees and birds. I would recommend living here to anyone who asks me.

Been here 3 years and rent was raised every year. Never use dishwasher it smells very bad,have to flush it once a week to stop the stink,and inside is stained. Screen door doesn't fit. Plaster falling off ceiling outside.Asked to change to a smaller apartment and was Never notified, and knew there was a smaller apartment available ! , I buy the most expensive filters but it doesn't help. so I bought a air purifier and it really helps.The amount of dust coming out of my vents were affecting my lungs and sinuses. The duct work needs to be cleaned out ! I do not think anyone will read this and fix these issues. I can't leave my apartment because of my disability .

I am a new resident at Zen Apts. Requested maintenance to check for leak under kitchen sink. Maintenance personnel were at my apartment the next day. Followed up 2 days later as promised. Very personable and professional.

I recently submitted a service request. Arturo was there the same day, took care of the issue in his usual, friendly manner and moved on to his next task. Arturo understands the importance of our needs and responds to them in a timely manner.

AC went out. Was miserable for a couple of days. Thankfully they got me a portable AC for my bedroom so I could sleep. New AC got installed 4 days later.
