ZACHARY WAS VERY NICE

I wanted to post a note of thanks to Mr. Zachary Wain for recently coordinating a visit for me with my cousin who is a resident. The facility just recently began coordinating visits since the number of positive COVID-19 cases in Chicago are declining. Since I live more than 300 miles away, I was thankful Mr. Wain could quickly arrange an in-person visit for me while I was en route to Chicago so that I could see my cousin and chat with him since I had not seen him in such a long time. It is important to be able to reconnect with loved ones. I am very thankful that my cousin and I had a good visit and positive experience! I will always remember the visit and I am thankful to Mr. Wain for making it happen.

I have work hand by hand with Zachary Wain. Mr. Wain is knowledgeable about mental health, Medicaid, cares about his clients, and always has a smile on his face when you see him in the facility.

Based on conversation only I am giving this nursing home 5 stars. My father is currently at Rush Hospital while I attempt to find a nursing home for him. I find that this facility has been most receptive to my calls even when the people who I need to talk to aren't there. Due to this concern I was given a phone number to a male staff member and he has been so helpful.

I'm really excited about this facility. I was kinda hesitant about a rehab facility. One of my associates put me in touch with Zach and he really put my mind at ease about the care that's delivered there.
