I recently took a wonderful tour of the Saint Paul Health Center with Barbara, and was impressed with the clean, well-kept facility and friendly staff. The outdoor grounds were relaxing and private and the overall enviroment focused on the comfort and care of the residents. I would reccomend visiting this home to anyone looking for care in the Denver metro location!

I am beyond impressed with Saint Paul Health Center! Briana and Sandra are incredibly nice and caring towards the residents, always going above and beyond to ensure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of. The overall cleanliness of the facility is outstanding, making it a welcoming and safe environment. The accommodations are incredible as well, offering everything one could need for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location is, in my opinion, perfect situated in Denver but removed from the noise and busy hustle and bustle of downtown. It truly is a peaceful oasis in the city. I highly recommend Saint Paul Health Center for anyone seeking top-notch care and a wonderful living environment for their loved ones.

The doctors and nurses are very nice and professional it's just they want you to arrive 10 to 20 minutes early, and they are always running late. As fare as that, my experience was as good as could've been when seeing a doctor.

My Mom loves being here and it has been a brilliant place for her to be as they can handle complex needs. She enjoys the activities and the food and the nurses are great. Steve, the concierge has been outstanding in taking care of my Mom's needs and keeping the family informed.

My Mother is on the 4th floor and when I can't get ahold of her on her cell phone I try calling and they transfer me NO BODY CARES TO Answer the phones on the floors. I just want to know how my mother is doing and I live out of town out of state and nobody answers the phone's up there or on any floors. I let the phone ring until it bounces backup to the operator and I still can't get any answers. Fix the problem have your staff answer the d*** phones.

These guys have kept me employed for 3 years and have shown me respect my residents treat me like their son or nephew they are very respectful. Management for example Steve and Val treat me with respect and they seem to genuinely care about me as a worker and a friend. The new scheduler Drew has helped me out big time with extra work so I can put food on the table. Sure it's not perfect, I know Im not perfect. But at the end of the day I'm still here , Im still serving , Im still providing for my home.. at the end of the day as a worker that's all I want.

I came to St. Paul for rehab after I was hospitalized for a fall at my home. I had TODD'S episode while at St. Paul and had to be hospitalized again. I returned to St. Paul and my rehab is going great. The staff here treats me excellent and they are confident and very friendly and a huge help to me. They are helping me toward my goal of going back home. My favorite staff member is Steve who is the concierge. He anticipates my needs even before I do. He's been a great help to me even going above and beyond by going to my home to pick up clothes for me while I'm at St. Paul. The doctors and nursing staff are very knowledgeable. Everyone here has treated me ones. I would highly recommend St. Paul to care for your loved ones

We had a good feeling about St. Paul's right when we walked through the door. The administrative staff has been easy to work with starting with Sandra who showed us around & answered our questions, to LuAnn, the financial coordinator. My Dad moved into a long-term care private room at Saint Paul's on 4/22/23. His room included a TV, dresser & 2 end tables. I believe the contents of room may differ. So far, he is happy with his room & the care he is receiving. Not even a week after moving in, he told me "these guys are great". We are hopeful that he continues to feel this way. If he's happy, we're happy. The long-term care floors have a large area right off the elevators which include the nurses' station, tables for dining & activities, couches, and a TV. STAFF/CARE: My Dad is currently incontinent & wears adult diapers. He's told us that the staff does a great job keeping him fresh. The CNAs, nurses & housekeepers we've met are generally friendly with good attitudes. As with these types of facilities, staffing is a struggle we have met several agency staff. ACTIVITIES: A variety of creative activities are offered. DINING: All of the food is cooked on the ground floor & delivered to the upper floors. Dining staff let residents know their choices for the day. An "all-day menu" is available if the resident prefers something else. The food looks "ok", we don't really know as my dad doesn't eat much. Residents can choose if they want to eat in their room or the dining room. CONCIERGE: We were pleasantly surprised to learn that Saint Paul's provides a concierge for the residents. We don't know the full realm of services provided by the concierge but are excited Saint Paul's has chosen to offer this type of service. PHYSICAL THERAPY: We haven't used the PT services, but they're available. The building is older but has been remodeled & is clean. We have visited MANY facilities and Saint Paul's looks just as nice or nicer than many of those.

I love picking up shifts here when I'm in town. One day I witnessed someone from management working after hours to sit with a patient who was actively passing because they expressed they did not wanna be alone. The employee was there all night and never left the patients side. The environment is happy and upbeat the patients are actually genuinely cared for. That's what's most important
