Now that my mom is out of this terrible place I can leave a honest review without my mother being threatened with a place to go if i posted my HONEST and TRUTHFUL review of the place 🙂 My mother was recently just moved to this facility. After reviewing the room she was placed in, the floors are disgusting. Her walls have holes in them and it just seems very unsanitary. The night staff lacks care of patient and my mother complained of the staff being obnoxious and loud during sleeping hours waking her up. They have not updated her on her medications that she needs and over all does not seem to care for the patients. Update 03/26 Male resident entered my mothers room and due to lack of supervision he was in there for a while. My mother pressed bed alarm, nobody came. Male resident came up to my moms bedside table and was touching her belongings. Update 03/28 Male resident came in moms room again and messed with her walker. Male resident also waited for male nurse to leave to harrass my mother again. When my mother stated to the nurses she was uncomfortable, they stated to her that the male resident was harmless and that it was ok. Update 03/30 Director and her minions came into my moms room basically threatening her with a place to be if the review wasnt basically taken down. I took the review down so she can recieve her physical therapy. When I visited 03/27 with my sister it smelled like urine. Like heavy urine, either some of the residents were not being cleaned and changed or they are not cleaning at all. My moms meds were still not being given to her on time and her room was still dirty. 03/30 12:38 pm After taking down the review they finally sent somebody in to do her physical therapy. Physical therapist came at mom sideways about the review i posted previously. 04/03 Meds was given late, the wrong amount of medication was given to my mom instead of giving her Gabapentin 800 mg, Methocarbamol 500 mg, Potassium 20mg(2 big pills), and Montelukast 10 mg, they gave her 3 Tylenol 325 mg only. When Questioned they stated they gave her correct doses already, which is false which means another resident most likely recieved the rest of my mothers medicine. 04/07 CNA took my moms dress down for laundry and it never came back. They then took all of her clothing down stairs and it has yet to come back to her a day later. 4/20 While my mother was sleeping an unsupervised resident stole a coffee cup and half a bag of popcorn out of my moms room. They also kept holding off on calling a ambulance for a resident. They also decided to spray ALOT of bugspray in the facility without proper ventilation causing my moms and a few others asthma to flare up. My mom was release 04/30/2026 the place constantly ranks of urine, my mothers pain management was not handled correctly or on time. They were never changing the residents on time leaving them to sit in soiled underwear/clothing. People would be heard yelling for help and people would be allowed to roam freely around the nursing home even into my mothers room. 0/5 stars and no, I am not calling management to discuss this because there is nothing nice I will say to you all after the harassment my mother faced while she was here. I will most definitely be reporting this to the state with the pictures I have. Thank you.

I was extremely happy to see that my aunt had made so many improvements from her last resident place. She was happy she seemed much healthier and more alert and she wasn’t complaining about wanting to get out of there which had been a common thing before. I wish everyone in her circumstance could have the same experience.

The staff members are friendly and attentive to my loved ones needs. Make sure your loved one’s name is on inside of their clothes by permanent means and make frequent visits if possible.
