Nurse Candice and Brittany Ramirez, they save my life thank to them, they went beyond in my time of need. If it wasn't for Candice the nurse on 10pm_6am and Brittany Ramirez on 10-6am save his life .I would not be here today. You have two fabulous nurses on duty. And from the bottom of my heart I thank you both for saving my life.

Mom is healing here. The RN Supervisor Corey was extremely helpful down to the smallest detail. He provided for each need requested including handling a refrigerator that was not functioning properly by replacing it immediately himself. He answered several other questions helped to provide extremely good care and if this type of care could be executed at all facilities this world would be a better step in the right direction. Thank you Corey!

Took a tour &' I was amazed at how wonderful all of the staff and directors were. Everyone was so nice &' welcoming. Everything was so clean &' in order. I feel so reassured knowing my family will be taken care of so well.

Coming in to this facility I was a bit nervous seeing some of the bad reviews but knowing mom was allowed someone to stay overnight put me a little more at ease. The facility itself was very clean and little to no smell of a "nursing/rehab facility ". A few of the nurses could have used some assistance in bedside manners department but I won't give those people the light. Instead I would LOVE to highlight a few of the amazing people who helped make our stay AMAZING. First one on the list, wound care nurse KAT she was extraordinary, she did a great job with bedside manners and educated me very well on caring for my mothers wounds, she was so patient and caring with my mother!! Not to mention her hands did a great deal of goodness to the healing of moms wound.Johnny was such a pleasure to meet and was always willing to assist!! Nurse Cory was always so great, Nurse Christian took a few days to come around but was a great big help and eager to get things done! Overnight Nurse Ashley was super sweet! CNA Latisha was such a sweet soul and bedside manners were A1, she was very attentive and ready to help! Occupational Therapist Marisol did amazing with my mother during therapy. Physical Therapist Selena was great at making sure my mom gained endurance daily! Housekeeper Linda was always very nice coming in to clean and always so sweet and kind. And last but not least.. Social Worker Katina did great when it was time to discharge on making sure we had all our supplies delivered on time and informed Home Health of discharge timely to get all things in order for a great transition home! So for a few bumps in the road these people I highlighted made the experience better
