My brother is currently a resident in the long term rehab. The day shift is mostly dependable, but after the shift change in the evening and weekends are almost non existent. I don't know if they are short staffed or what, but calls for assistance are ignored and phone calls are not answered after 4 p.m. He is on a lot of medication but the last 2 days has mostly slept and been unresponsive when I visit. At his physical therapy session today, he kept falling asleep and was taken back to his room. He did not eat lunch or as of this time, dinner. When I asked if he had any change in medication, the day shift gave me a list of the med "they give him." They did not know if the evening/night shift gave any thing different. I am extremely concerned about the lack of staff and the inability to contact anyone after 4 pm. I was given an extension to call if the nurse didn't answer, but these calls are either not answer or immediately transferred to the hall he is on ...which is not answered! Very frustrating. I do appreciate the 2 or 3 staff members who seem to care and are responsive.

My Brother in Law was in the Rehabilitation part on Whispering Way For about 3 weeks The Physical Therapy Staff was Amazing And Really help him a lot Also Nurse Ini & Adie Norma Were both Super Sweet and Helpful Making Him feel Comfortable I would definitely recommend this rehabilitation center to anyone needing PT Rehab

I would like to say thank you to the stuffing who had done a great job with my love one. Food was excellent nursing, Nurse assistant, Therapy team , activities overall, everyone had done a phenomenal job .Thank you for answering all my questions and concerns . Willow Bend has been nothing but spectacular. Everyone from dietary to management has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Willow Bend for any post-acute needs. The therapy department has been great and super helpful. The facility is also finishing up an amazing remodel! Very clean, bright and conforting!
