Worked here 6 months. Very positive place. The staff care about the residents. In fact, they're not just residents, they're friends. Everyone's tight with each other. We also have fun events like like "Hawaiian day" and barbecues, and cool things that call for good food and decorations. It's great fun. Management is also exemplary. As people they're very kind and caring individuals, and as leaders they do an exceptional and very professional job. I'm happy to have gotten the chance to work here. I usually don't leave reviews, but I was thinking about it and this place deserves some appreciation. All in all, great place to work and/or bring your loved one.

The girls in the therapy department ment have been great. Bethany is my Physical Therapy worker Orillia is my Occupational Therapy worker she has brought my.strengthup from the time I came in here. Nancy has been great as she worked with me a couple times.I fell off of a truck.at my work and broke my left hip . Tore my left rotator cuff and stretch the tendons in my left knee. The nursing staff is also great, management and all concerned have treated me like family. Thank you totally who have worked with me.

Wellspring is an amazing place for short term rehabilitation as well as long term stays. The nursing staff is the best around and the rehabilitation is phenomenal. The respiratory department is top notch with the ability to care for both patients with Trach's and Vent. I was very impressed with the care they showed for my mother.

Our AWESOME CNAs & Nurses, Dietary staff, Therapy Department, Respiratory Department, Housekeeping/Maintenance Department, Business Office/HR, LSW, Rec. Therapy are the most passionate, dedicated, hard working, and caring individuals.

It's a very clean building with very caring and competent staff. There has been some changes at the building, a lot of them very positive and upbeat. The residents appear to be happy and engaged with staff as well.

The Respiratory Department works very hard to meet all of the patients needs on a daily or nightly basis. The Respiratory Therapists are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Wellspring of Cascadia is a great facility for both rehab and long term care! Their respiratory program is top notch and they have a wonderful activities program full of fun things for residents to do. Highly recommend it!

Very pleasant place to stay for rehab. Great staff all around. Very caring, friendly, compassionate, competent and dedicated to helping people. CEO Matt is very hands on and willing to personally help in anyway possible. If I ever( hopefully not) need a rehab stay again this would be the only place I'd go.
