My mom was in Wellbridge of Fenton for the past 8 months. The care they gave her there was exceptional. She went there for rehab initially. The therapy team was awesome with her. Shayla and Steve, in particular, went above and beyond to try to help her. Due to having dementia, she ended up living there until she passed away recently. The nurses and CNAs were all very caring and friendly throughout her entire stay, especially Summer, Shonda and Kye (sp?), among many others. The food was also very good. As someone who has worked in several skilled nursing facilities, I can truthfully say this is one of the best out there.

I have a family member there. She has not been treated has well has I would of expected. She had to lay in a wet bed overnight cause she had an accident. 2 days later she still hasn't been washed or showered. I will be talking to her caseworker about the service. Her air conditioning was so low today she was freezing and she put in a call and 40 minutes no one came to turn down the air.

Dear Wellbridge Family, I would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone on the 700 Wing who was involved in the care of my grandmother, Elouise Walters. From the nursing staff all the way down to the gentleman, Galvin, who answers the phone, I truly appreciate each of you. Knowing that my grandmother was loved, cared for, and treated with kindness meant more to my family than words can express. It brought me so much comfort to know she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her during her final days. I would like to give a special shout-out to the following nurses on the 700 Wing: Nurse Bell, Brittany, Madison, Summer, and Rae. The love and compassion you showed my grandmother will never be forgotten. You cared for her in a way that made us feel peace knowing she was in good hands. I would also like to recognize two nurses who were there in the beginning when she first arrived at Wellbridge. Although they may no longer work there, their kindness left a lasting impression on our family. Corvetta and Tamara, thank you for loving on my grandmother as if she were your own. I also want to sincerely thank you all for calling me even during the wee hours of the morning when my grandmother was experiencing her dementia episodes to give me the opportunity to help calm her and bring her peace. It meant so much to me that you allowed me to be a part of comforting her during those moments, and it reassured me that she was truly in good hands. Thank you to Wellbridge for hiring such compassionate and dedicated staff who ensure that patients receive the best care possible when they are away from home. My experience was phenominal from Becky in bistro is wonderful. I truly hope someone will acknowledge her extremely pleasant and caring and patient even under the pressure of getting everything together for the patients Sheena is exceptional and leonine extremely helpful and knowledgeable without a doubt. ( spelled wrong but is great and for sure needs recognition ) almost all the day RNS and staff on hallway 4 need kudos and for sure a higher up to let them know they are going above and beyond.I had one or two who did not work to my expectations and it seemed to be handled as soon as I brought it to the office. They care very much about our loved ones. I would recommend them and this is not the first time I have dealt with wellbridge but if I have to have a loved one in rehab or adult living it’s this one in wellbridge in Fenton mi.Leontine(?)spelling not sure Racheal Courtney are all fantastic. When I have an issue and I’ve had them as any place you would have they have been addressed and corrected immediately. I can’t ask for a better places. My mother-in-law was there for five years. She did pass there she had Parkinson’s. I would recommend this place if you have a complaint you bring it up it’s taken care of. There is so many great nurses there. There’s always one you might not like but you know what you explain to him you talk to him you have somebody talk to him and it’s all taken care of and your loved ones are never bothered by. They’re taken care of. They’re very professional. I really recommend this place if I ever have to go I wouldn’t mind being in place like that. it’s pretty close to being home I think except it’s rehab adult facility and long term adult facility definitely deserves a 10 because if it was anything less everything that happens can be fixed you just speak With management and it’s addressed. So I must add if I didn’t yet Alyssa Lpn is also a total 10 she needs kudos no doubt about please let everyone know who needs to know.

Wellbridge is a really good place. Everything has its good and bad but 99.9% of it and the people in it are very good and caring people. If you have a complaint you definitely speak up and they do try to take care of it and so many people from physical therapy to the nurses to the bistro Becky is phenomenal in bistro. She really is makes me laugh always puts a smile on everybody’s face. Steve and Aaron in physical therapy are great. They help my mom get to the car so she’ll be able to take a trip. Make sure she was able to do so along with everyone else. Alyssa in hallway four is fantastic too. She take care of my mom with a lot of TLC.so many I can name a few well every once in a while it happens but I feel mom is safe and sound in wellbridge in Fenton no question about it. Leo time is fabulous also. I would be the first to complain if I felt it was needed and I usually do but again 99.9 is a grade I could not resist. Had to give kudos where it’s due.

I wouldn't put my mom nor anyone I knew in this place. To many problems with activity lady named [name removed] and house keeper [name removed] doesn't clean rooms like I wish would get done. They are very problem people. [name removed] yells at residence and don't care how you feel. She smells like marijuana when she enter a residence room. And I don't appreciate that whatsoever. I can't wait to you get better employees to work there..

"Outstanding staff." From PT/OT to housekeeping everyone was great, helpful and kind. Room cleaned daily. Customized meals were a bonus. Only complaints were the 20 minute response time and a "very" arrogant staff doctor.

My mother came to Wellbridge of Fenton for rehab after an unexpected emergency surgery. At age 85, she needed help getting back on her feet. From the moment she was transported from the hospital to Wellbridge our experience was wonderful. Gina, the administrative assistant that sits at the front desk was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the process. She guided us through the admission process. She is a gem. The CNAs are very good. They CARE.... truly. They treated Mom so good. They were attentive and accommodating to her needs. Mom had one set back during her staff and the staff handled it so professionally and swiftly .... they had to call 911 and Mom had to go back to the emergency room which scared us but it all worked out. Even though it was a set-back, they took care of her and I'm so grateful. Rehab worked with her and got her back to moving. It seems she will still need some home healthcare/rehab but at least she is able to come home. Mom enjoyed the "exercises" they gave her. The rehab made it FUN for her..... even when you are in a facility like this ... you are still LIVING your life and I believe its nice that they make it fun and still WORK the patients. The facility has always been well maintained and clean. They plan fun activities for the residents. I've gotten to know a few of the other residents and it seems like a good place for Mom/Dad if they need a place like this. Thank you to each and every member of the Wellbridge team .... from Dr. Rojas, social workers, admin. staff, RNs, CNAs, housekeeping, activities, and food service.... your TEAM makes this place!!!! Thank you for your CARE.

The staff is amazing my mom is a totally different person since the day we trasferred. Her they staff and social workers are amazing and are great with communication! I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for great care for your loved one!

Wellbridge of Fenton is a great place! Every time I go to the building the staff is very friendly and helpful. They also throw community events and they have turned out to be very fun and enjoyable to attend. The managers there really care and you can tell they work well together. The team is very receptive and they take the extra effort to try to make sure guests and residents are being provided the best possible care.

Never seen a cleaner and more beautiful place that provides for the populations that need therapy or long term care. Large therapy area with well trained staff and nursing and aides are top notch. Management cares too! I would highly recommend this place for loved ones.

My mother was there 7 times in 4 years. The first time was 2 weeks after they opened. We couldn’t have been happier. I was there for 2 weeks for rehab after knee surgery. As she started having more problems she was in and out of the hospital and we chose Wellbridge of Fenton for her rehab. Last year in November they said she couldn’t go home again and became a permanent resident. At 97 she was, At times, very hard to please but they did. Miss Evelyn’s wants 2 eggs over easy, toast with lots of butter... no problem!! This past Wednesday she went to her forever home to be with my dad and my brother. Every single person took such great care of her. When She needed assistance someone was there to help, even if they weren’t working in her wing. I could not have asked for more compassion or caring and even love that they showed my mother. My family and I will be forever grateful. I feel like they are family!! Is it perfect, of course not. After a ruff start with a mix up in my meds( hence the 4 stars) things were great. I loved the OT/PT people. The nurses, nurse's aids, in fact everyone right down to the staff at the Bistro! Everything was clean and well cared for. I will be going back there for out patient OT/PT, so I guess I would say I reccomend WellBridge of Fenton! The people in OT/PT are really great. They were tuff when I needed it and just as understanding when I told them I had to take 5!

Visited a friend at this gorgeous state of the art rehabilitation center recently. The building was very clean and well decorated. The staff was very kind and helpful to my friend. Will keep this center in mind should I ever need their assistance for myself or family member.

My loved one recently had a short stay here and loved it! They said the food was great and the activites were always welcoming and fun!! The nursing staff was wonderful and very accomodating. I would recommend it for anyone who needs nursing or physical therapy.

This is an amazing facility. It's brand new as of 2015 and it's all modern and freshly done. The kitchen has top of the line chefs and can absolutely make anything your heart desires. Round the clock nursing care, I mean they just really care about you at Wellbridge!!! Always have the best smiling faces and all the workers are so helpful. I would recommend anyone to put their family here!!!

This is suppose to be a "skilled" facility. Very disappointed in nursing. Did not seem to want to handle problems as they arose. Had to insist numerous times for things to be addressed. Long response time when call lights on. Most times you didn't know who nurse was or her name. Definitely needs some fine tuning. However...... Kudos to dietary and their staff. In addition, very poor discharge planning and instructions. Poor instruction as far as what insurance covers and doesn't. Nurse was horrible with instruction and they sent the patient home sick. No physical therapy present at discharge. Had been there 5 weeks and no final insight, representation or instruction from therapy. It's a shame they insist on you going to therapy on a daily basis for insurance reasons, then when it's time to go home they are not in attendance. I suppose I could go on and on but suffice it too say in this "skilled" facility looks can be deceiving.
