I started at Treviso Transitional Care after a back surgery that left me unable to move from the waist down. The physical therapy department really worked with me patiently, encouraging me step by step. Fast forward 6 months, and thanks to the dedication of Joshua Baker and his team, I am now able to walk with minimal assistance. I recently had a shoulder replacement surgery, and I am about to entrust the occupational therapy to get my arm and shoulder back in shape. I love going to my outpatient therapy at Treviso, where I am challenged, yet supported.

Treviso therapy department is AWESOME! 10/10! I can't even began to explain how good they were for my mom. If your loved one needs a place to go for therapy I would highly recommend them. My mom had good care on the nursing and CNA side but with all places you have to take the good with some sub par care at times. But the good care and awesome therapy outweighs the bad experiences for sure. There is no perfect place. I want to thank the admin staff for all the guidance they gave me and at times a shoulder to cry on. Our personal rockstars: Jann, Wendy, Stephanie, Bonnie, Latrese, Latoya, Shandra, Sakala, Nadia, and the amazing stars in therapy: JOSH, Tiffany, Jennifer and Kelly! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

My mother recently fell and sustained a left hip fracture. She had to have surgery and went to Treviso for rehabilitation. Because of her weight bearing precautions, she needed a place to transition to get stronger, learn how to maneuver steps and perform her ADLs. My mother loved the PT and OT. She recently discharged and was able to go home. The facility is a clean and well kept place. My mom had a private room that was large enough for myself or sisters to stay with her if we needed. Housekeeping was okay. The food was okay. Nursing was above average for a nursing rehabilitation facility. If my mother needed ANYTHING, Wendy and Jan were there to help. We are very grateful for Treviso. Thank you for providing exceptional therapy and nursing care for her to reach her goals and eventually go home!!

Shay nurse is one of the best nurses I've ever seen or known. She is there when I need her and if I need information about anything that's who I go to when I have a problem. She has always helped me get past a problem and give me a solution. What a great weekend.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My dad is currently residing here in their rehab facility. He has received the best of care and treatment from the administration, the nursing staff, the physical therapists and the nursing aides. They were able to nurse him and give him daily physical therapy, and just take care of him as well as take him to and from his doctor appointments safely. This facility is also clean, beautifully designed, and up to date. I would highly recommend Treviso to anyone for your loved ones.

My experience with Treviso Transitional Care has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here truly go above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment. From day one, it was clear that everyone from nurses to administrators genuinely cares about the well being of every resident. I want to give a special shoutout to Matt Mewborn, the Administrator his leadership and dedication are evident in every part of the facility. He takes the time to know residents and families personally and ensures everything runs smoothly with compassion and professionalism. Also, Darrell Smith, the Head of Maintenance, deserves major recognition. He's very easy to work with, friendly, and makes sure everything is up and running as it should. Treviso is a place where people are treated like family, and it shows. I Highly recommend them to anyone looking and an exceptional team who cares.

My Mother spent 7 weeks at Treviso after hip surgery. I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff are. She developed friendships with the staff. Wound care, aides, receptionist, intake, nursing, beautician, therapist, social worker, and activity director are all very caring, compassionate, and friendly. If I ever need inpatient therapy, this is where I want to stay!

My Dad was a patient in Treviso transitional care for several weeks, receiving very good care. Almost without exception, the aides were efficient, kind and hard working. Although they did not always respond as quickly as we wished [immediately! of course was our wish], we rarely had unreasonable waits. The nurses were professional, competent and sincerely interested in his care. We especially appreciated the wound care nurses. Therapists offered genuine encouragement, along with excellent physical and occupational therapy as long as he was able to participate. Treviso staff made us feel like family.

My husband is currently in Treviso for physical therapy. He has a broken leg and following extensive surgery, he is unable to put weight on it for an extended time. The care he has received has been AMAZING! The staff goes above and beyond to meet his needs. He will be in Treviso for an extended time, and I am so relieved knowing he is receiving the best physical therapy and personal care possible.

Let me start by saying what a blessing it is to have Chadarian at this facility. Her professionalism and expertise are truly uplifting and inspiring. Her smile, kindness and positive attitude brightens each day. She shows care and compassion to anyone crosses her path. She is professional, yet kind, caring and funny, not only with the residents but to those that may come to visit them. My aunt has been at this facility for quite awhile, she has had several things stolen, her room is always a mess, I have changed her sheets, had to go buy her depends, because she had soiled herself and bed, worn the same clothes for a week at a time, there's not enough room to have company , short visits only, and they get all of her check except $60 a month, which is upward of $2000, one aid would just come in her room and sit and watch TV or be on her phone, my aunt did not know her name, said she did nothing for her, and she drank Dr. Peppers from my aunts small icebox. The bathroom smells bad, and I would not put my loved one there. If I could get my aunt out and bring her home with me I would, shame on my cousins.

I'm saying this with highest of the highest praise to the staff of this facility . They treated my dad great , very clean facility and the food is great as well . From the Social worker to the cooks to Physical Therapy , nursing staff and so on , I highly recommend anyone who needs a rehabilitation facility for their Loved Ones , this is a place I recommend .

My aunt is at this facility, I was quite pleased upon arrival of the overall atmosphere , it is not what your memory might be of greatgrandmas nursing home. No smell to offend your nose, no one hollering or moaning alone in a distant room . The staff caring and tending to our loved ones, Active residents interact with others as normal life, not tied in chairs sleeping or sitting neglected . I absolutely recommend giving this facility a try. My aunt even says she likes it, the bed sleeps very good and her roommate is delightful. Things my great grandmother never said! Two thumbs up five stars!!
