Profesional staff and Cleaning enviroment but the parking for visitor situation Is no Good at all

So in reading the reviews, there is alot of talk of a wound care clinic but my brother has had a bloody/black dressing on his recently operated knee for about 4 days now. I was told that the wound care nurse comes on wednesdays, only. The nurse does not have time to give care to patient too busy giving meds. Wow, I hope there is no infection under the bandage. Physical therapy seems ti be going great. No shower/bathing in 6 days. No time for that.

The team at the NY Presbyterian Wound Care Center at The Silvercrest Center is outstanding in care, knowledgeable staff, incredibly clean and amazing patient service. Nurse Peggy is great and a true professional not that anyone else there isn't as great but she has attended to my mom on several occasions and we leave knowing we're in good hands. The staff are all friendly and extremely cooperative and considerate. I highly recommend this wonderful facility. Thank you.

Silvercrest Wound Care IS THE BEST!! From the facility, to the wonderfully professional, helpfull, knowledgeable, kind, caring, and very friendly people (from the cleaning personnel to the most senior health providers), you cannot get better. Silvercrest came highly recommended. It turns out they are better than that. I love them all, and cannot thank them enough. Really.
