I have a loved one at this facility and we’re very involved with her care. This facility does a great job with caring for the patients, planning activities and their overall well-being. The food is great and often times they will include a snack in the evening. The kitchen does a great job getting all of the meals out in a timely manner, and the quality and quantity of the food is great. I would recommend this establishment if you’re needing care for a loved one

I attended for physical therapy following a hospital stay. The long term and senior care experiences may be different from this. For physical therapy and health care, they are minimally staffed. Their goal seems to be to run out your insurance days at minimal expense. My insurance would cover 14 days; suspiciously, they said people in my situation typically stay 14 days. Many staff are in a rush. I had nothing to do but spend 23 hours a day in my room. Most walking for exercise I just did on my own. I get more activity at home. No phone or two way communicator to staff from room. Not clear if they even have a nurse. No diagnostics if you get sick there - throw up once and they send you back to the hospital. Therapist is only available at erratic hours; he showed up for a 7:30 am session at 10 am. Hallway is loud with kids and olds talking loudly on their phones. Little effort to get me comfortable. Did not even offer me an extra pillow or blanket. In room TVs are like an iPad on a swivel. The Positives are acceptable food, vending machines. At least it is better than Carrara. Cigna insurance covered. Checked out of here and will talk to Cigna about using in-home visits.

I’ve had a good experience with this facility. The building is clean, and has a comfortable feel when you walk in. The food is actually good, there’s a nice variety and it always looks fresh and well-prepared. It’s one of the first places I’ve seen where people genuinely enjoy the meals. The rehab team has been great, too. They take their time, explain things, and really encourage progress without pushing too hard. We’ve seen steady improvements, and that has meant a lot. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

The Madison on Marsh seems to be a great facility with caring staff, but I do want to share some constructive feedback. Reaching someone by phone has been very challenging. The main line often goes unanswered or takes a long time before anyone is available, and this has happened on several occasions. For families, potential residents, or anyone needing to coordinate, timely communication is so important. I would really hate to think others might experience the same frustration. Improving responsiveness at the main number would go a long way in reflecting the quality of care that I’m sure is being provided inside the facility.

Choosing a place for your parents is never easy. However, when I first walked into the Madison on Marsh, I felt a sense, a friendliness and family. I met with Maria, she was very helpful and worked with us to ensure that everyone knew of my moms needs. I love Teresa. She comes every week and does moms hair. She is so patient and kind. Mom does not have any special dietary needs, but she does have a lot of dislikes. Kevin was very kind to our family. He sat down with us and adjusted his menu to suit my Moms wishes. I genuinely feel like the staff has made the effort to know of my mother’s presence and her needs. As a family, we are present and we ask questions. The staff has always done their best to keep us informed and give mom the best care.

Ok so lemme tell everyone about my Facility The Madison On Marsh! Not only is this a beautiful facility. But the staff here is just AWESOME! From our wonderful rehab department to our Nursing department. Our Director of nursing Maria Sindatry is just the Best DON EVER! As well as the head of our Dietary Department Kevin Winston. And Last but not Least! Our two newest team members! Administrator Rod Wallace! And social worker Miss Haley Schneider! Who all works together to provide the best care for out patients and families! The staff at the Madison on Marsh are very caring towards the residents of the facility. They are responsive to the needs of each person that lives there. I was at the Madison on Marsh for 4 months. Rod, Paige, Raul ( spelling), Melissa, Nanada and a host of others made being there easier. Of course nothing can be perfect all the time, but they do try. The facilities are clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly. As you can imagine there are all sorts of personalities who come in for short term and long term needs. I could write a book!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Kevin, he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are not only well-fed, but truly cared for. The meals are always fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell Kevin puts his heart into what he does. My mother has been at The Madison on Marsh since 1/31/2025. She started in the skilled nursing side and has transitioned to the long-term side. It is very difficult putting your loved one in a nursing and it's never a good thing, however, it does help when they are in a facility that you know cares for their patients/residents. I am forever grateful to this facility for the love and care my mother receives. The nurses are just wonderful, attentive and truly care for their patients. I want to mention a few amazing people who work here: Aminata is an aide (AMY) - she is an angel walking on earth! She is so caring and loving to my mother and all her patients. I never worry about my mother when she is there b/c I know she is in the best hands. Maria (the Director of Nursing)... I cannot say enough about Maria! Maria is available (all hours of the day) if you need any info regarding your loved one. She is always available and willing to help, she is so kind and responsive. She is a great leader for all the nurses at this facility. I hope she never leaves! Jaquita & Montrece are wonderful aides that really love their patients. Kristen and Tierra up front always have a smile on their faces and are so nice to see when you first walk in. The food is really good and Kevin is such a sweet kitchen manager who is so great with the residents. Angela, Miss Melody, Kofi and Roselyn are wonderful nurses! They are all so attentive and just want to do whatever they can to make sure their patients are comfortable and receive the best care. The Madison on Marsh may look old but it's clean and the care is outstanding. Please consider yourself lucky if you find this place. I am forever grateful and blessed that my mother is here. 🙂

I stayed there for several months and was very happy with my care and experience. We were just about one happy family. The food was generally very good. Problem residents were dealt with quietly (people being too loud). It’s a good place to be when you have to be there.

The CNAs working at this facility seem to do a good job, but there are just not enough of them. God forbid you ask a nurse to assist with a family member in need (Sophia being the nurse) you will be told that’s not my jobask a CNA). I understand, everyone has job duties but when you are sitting on your phone and someone needs assistance maybe help a coworker out along with the resident & residents family.

Kristen is the first smiling face that greets us every time. We've asked many different questions over the years and she has answered every question asked. Mark is the best resident caretaker at this facility. We need more like him and his positive attitude. Sheena is very versatile at all the different tasks that she accomplishes. Sheena is the driving force for correcting issues/situations that occur more often than not. Her dedication is obvious even on weekends. Though I might not name the rest by name due to my unsureness, week day/ weekend medication nurse( Joey) are great at there jobs and friendly. The cafeteria staff could try to serve the meals at a standardized time Monday thru Sunday. Jennifer has assisted us with answers that only she would known. She has informed me on many topics that were extremely helpful in the care of my mother-in-law. Overall we are satisfied with the care of our family member
