The center at centennial is the most outstanding facility I have been to in my entire time being in and out of care facilities while caring for my late grandmother and father. I can feel the positivity, encouragement, love, care and kindness. Not to mention the cleanest facilities ever!!!!!!!!

The hiring process was pretty fast and very convenient. I didn't come in for an interview, but left with a job. The food is amazing, the employees are super friendly, management is super friendly.

I was admitted to Center at Centennial February 2024, after receiving back surgery and needing additional medical care and PT/OP care. Prior to coming Center at Centennial, I spoke to my advocate at UC Health and confirmed with my medical insurance my options for the best facility available in Colorado Springs that I could go to. Looking at all the approved centers; the Center at Centennial had a 5 star rating, and all other approved facilities had a 3 star or lower rating. I chose Center at Centennial, and I'm glad that I did. All the staff from doctor, nursing, CNA's, and especially the PT/OP were awesome! I received the care and attention that I needed for a timely and successful recovery, and I was able to return home in a week. I am grateful for all the staff that treated me including the activities director and her associate who brought some joy to my stay. The dedicated staff were awesome and amazing, friendly and a joy to be with. I should mention that the food I was served was great too. Thank you so much! I was truly blessed!

I highly recommend this place!! The second floor staff both day and evening are AMAZING plus the physical and occupational therapist who worked with my mother and got her up walking and now she is able to come home on Tuesday. Even the kitchen staff had text me when we had an issue with the menu and got it taken care of. The transportation team who took her back and fourth to Dr apts were also Amazing. Thank you All so much.

The care I have received since being admitted to this facility is one of the best experiences I have ever had. No one wants to be in this type of facility however the staff be it the shuttle drivers, PT and OT therapists, nursing staff, as well as house keeping and nutritional staff are folks that have treated me with kindness and tenderness made my stay a positive one. They genuinely care for you as an individual and not just a patient. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. May God bless each and everyone of you.
