I recommend this place for sure! We sent my mom here to do some rehab after receiving surgery on her left foot and they’ve been great with her. There were some that didn’t exactly do their job correctly and were a bit rude. BUT 4 amazing workers made up for it. Lesly the CNA, George and Grace physical therapist, and James the driver were absolutely amazing and great to my mother.

My dad has been at The Belmont at Twin Creeks for the past 2 weeks, and we are very grateful for the care he has received from everyone there, especially Lesly Brou and Bernadette AOR. Lesly is kind, patient, attentive, and always makes sure my dad is comfortable and cared for. Bernadette is incredibly caring and detail-oriented. She carefully manages my dad’s medications, closely monitors his blood pressure, and always takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. They both truly go above and beyond in caring for my dad, and their compassion and dedication have brought great comfort to our family during a difficult time. Thank you both for everything you do!

This place is AMAZING!!! Justin and Krystle are the absolute best and will treat your family like they are their very own family. The Belmont is a great place. I have been there for a few years now and my experience just keeps getting better particularly with the CNA's. My morning CNA Ruth always has a smile and joyful disposition which I greatly appreciate. Her care is top tier I really can't say enough good things about her and her care. The belmont at twin creeks the best place! my dad had a double knee replacement he was there for rehab this is a place to be. the manegment DON nancy was always answering my questions to the nursing staff ngozi and tracey and the med aide titi they are great .the OT and Pt are Awsome .and the food is delicious!

My aunt came to Belmont at Twin Creeks to recover from a leg fracture, and we have been so impressed with her progress. The therapy team is excellent”patient, skilled, and truly invested in her recovery. Under the new administrative leadership, we have seen a huge improvement in communication and overall care. Any concerns are handled immediately, and the staff is attentive and kind. I know there were past concerns with this facility, but the new team has made a real difference. Highly recommend for anyone needing rehabilitation or skilled nursing

Planning a back surgery was a well thought out. The first order of the day after was finding a rehab to get physically fit to return home. Well I chose Belmont twin creeks which also came highly recommended. The personnel there was welcoming and I was able to rest well and the room was very clean thanks to the young lady named Tara who was very humorous and of good nature. The nurse in charge of my medication Angie took care of making sure I was comfortable and in no pain. To my surprise and yours if you choose this establishment is the quality and great care that I was looked in on quite a bit was the young lady Betsy . You know at night when it’s beginning to sink in that you’ll be laid up for awhile the door to your room opens and here comes a quiet well mannered young lady asking if your ok and do you need anything she brings you fresh water with a smile ,and asks is there anything else I can get for you? 100 % By far a beautiful personality and hard working young lady. She made my stay extra special. Faye too .. It was like being with people who truly care thank s to the physical therapy team as well Hazel and Neeru. I know I missed others names but the whole faculty deserves a gold star Thank you from the bottom of my heart you were all fabulous .

10/10 the staff took amazing care of my father. entire facility is clean, every single staff member i encountered were pleasant and very helpful. i’m beyond blessed to have my father under their care. definitely would recommend. very blessed, my father is at home, thank you.

Van in admissions at the Belmont in Twin Creeks has gone above and beyond. We were looking for a Medicade pending bed for my Mil. She was extremely helpful in trying to answer questions, and called the other facilities in her network looking for placement. She was kind and professional. Thanks Van and also Foram in the business office! I’m adding a brief follow up. After a brief stay, my mil passed. During her time there, we met many nurses and aids. Everyone was kind and caring. My mil was complimentary of the entire staff. Thanks to all!!

I want to Thank Everyone at Belmont for everything they did for my Grandmother who not only turned 106 years young but she just so happens to be their oldest resident.They went all out and gave her an enormous birthday not knowing that there are only 4 people in our family. Thank you very much we can never repay the kindness of your hearts for doing this. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I would send them to Belmont. Nice facility, I took a tour of it a week or so ago looking to possibly bring my father there. I wasn't sure at first after reading some of the reviews but I said let me go an take a look for myself. Not at all like any of the reviews, the few of the staff that I ran into was very informative and answered all of my questions that I could think of. The young lady that toured me I believe her name was Nicole, she was very soft spoken and so helpful. ALWAYS do your research.

I’m thankful for the staff of Belmont. Since my 93 year old Mother moved to your facility, I’ve been warmly and professionally greeted daily by Nichole at the front desk. Hospitality and great customer service mean a lot to me and she should be commended for both. My Mother is not aware that I’m there visiting (due to advanced dementia), but I enjoy just sitting in her room. Thank you for making this time of transition a peaceful experience.

I had my reservations about coming to another skilled nursing facility but the quality and care is excellent from the top down. My mom has been at this facility and had very attentive care and treated so kindly during her stay. Dominique, Krystle, and Alice have been amazing. The therapy team was stellar as well. They really were about motivating and working with my mom. Would have loved for my mom to be able to stay at the facility for long term care, but unfortunately they have a waiting list for the long term care rooms. l Would and have recommended this facility to friends and family for care.

No place is perfect. My 93 yo mother has been at The Belmont at Twin Creeks 9 months. She has dementia and is totally incontinent. I visit once a week for 3 hours or more. This may be fault of the State of Texas, but there are not enough employees to provide needed care. Or, the best employees are not paid enough to keep them on and encouraged. She is supposed to be changed every 2 hours and that doesn't happen much of the time.Sometimes she wears the same clothes for more than a day. Her hands are not washed before and after meals. Mom has very weak and shaky hands and is sometimes given meals that are hard for her to eat with utensils. In 9 months, no one in my family has been in a Care Plan meeting because we are not told about them in advance. The CNA's seem to do the best they can with little help from authority. I have tried to have conversations with authority here but my calls are not returned. When I visit, the person I need to speak with is not here. So, I get frustrated BUT, not to the point of moving Mom somewhere else. I do blame a majority of problems on confines of the State and DEI policies. There are Star players here. The biggest Star and MVE is Tommy. Tommy believes and lives out his belief in human dignity. Tommy advanced to rehab but occasionally works my mother's hall. Tommy is on it. He keeps Mom clean, he's quick to respond, and he is professional in every way. He knows how to manage his duties above and beyond par. Larry is another Star. He is in charge of entertainment. He visits residents as well and makes himself available. Larry is upbeat and wants residents to enjoy their lives here. Larry does not hold back his energy or talent to make people feel at home. My hope is that The Belmont will better communicate with the family on my mother's care and that the best employees like Tommy and Larry are appreciated through raises and benefits and allow them to lead , instruct, and encourage other employees on resident care and human dignity.

The Belmont at Twin Creeks has been very helpful in my wife's recovery. They have been very kind to myself and my son as we have been spending alot of time here. I would like to thank Thomas, Justin , Larry, Pamela, George, for taking great care of my wife and helping with her recovery so she can get back home. The room A/C doesn't cool the room down all that good and leaks on the carpet. The food could be alittle better, T.V. went out for several days. My wife as well as the others seem to enjoy the extra activities eg. Bingo, arts and crafts, ice cream.

The Belmont is a beautiful facility with an amazing staff. Jody is always available to fix whatever maintenance issues that arise in a timely manner. Rachel the executive director is very involved in the community and is willing to help out with any questions or concerns regarding loved ones who reside in the facility or who are looking to move to the facility. I highly recommend the Belmont facility for long term care or rehabilitation services for loved ones.

I Was transferred here straight from hospital following an unexpected medical emergency. Frankly I had no idea what to expect, & while the first 24 hrs were a little rough, ( the transfer happened within a matter of hours & it was close to 6pm when I arrived. some missing paperwork, etc, & I was alone, in pain, exhausted & overwhelmed. However, by the following day everything was taken care of, & I was assured that everything was in order, I met with the therapists, the Nurse in charge, & from then on I cannot even begin to say how wonderfully I was cared for. Without exception, the nurses were great, & did their best to ensure they took care as quickly as they were able. The Therapists are just amazing, I saw them Monday through Friday , & credit their efforts with progressing as fast as I did. The Dr comes round 3 times a week, was communicative, & listened, I always felt that I had a say in my situation and treatment. What I thought was going to be a rough ride, turned into a blessing in disguise, while not 100%. I’m going home with a good foundation on which I can continue to recover, I can’t thank them enough for that, while I hope I never have need of such services again, IF I did, I would certainly come back.

The CNAs are amazing but one stands out and her name is Cass. She treats me like a human and not like a science project. She has a big personality and is warm and welcoming and puts a smile on my face. There are others like Faye and Shay and Jody and Larry and I think you get where I am going this this is a wonderful place with wonderful people doing wonderful things.

My mother was at this center for rehab, was very pleased with the care and therapy she received while here! The Director of Nursing, Nancy, was super great. She made the transition go smoothly and made sure my mother was cared for with great care!
