From day one, Rose at the Stone Oak Care Center was a Godsend. I had to bring my mom in for rehabilitation in May 2024, and was on the verge of a breakdown from stress and worry. Rose was very understanding and empathetic. She assured me that everything would be OK. I spent many days crying and venting on her shoulder. She was non judgemental and always had kind and reassuring words of comfort . Thank you Rose for all of your support and understanding. God Bless you always Michael Williams

From the moment I made the initial inquiry, I was amazed by the timely responses I received from the Administrators at the facility. Rose Haley, thank you for taking that extra step and helping my brother and I feel at ease in finding a new place for our mother. You kept it real, but most importantly the follow-ups you made were very appreciated. You can tell when people are passionate about their work and I got that vibe from Rose. I can breathe a little better knowing my mom is in great hands. I pray that moving forward every encounter with the staff will be just as positive as it was with Rose, Monica, and Caitlin.

I am extremely grateful for the attention and care that my mom and I have received during this transition. Due to changes in administration at the previous center, after 12 years, we transferred my mom to Stone Oak Care Center. Fortunately, everything went wonderfully. From the very first email we exchanged, Rose did an excellent job. She organized the transfer of my mom and her roommate on the same day, at the same time, and placed them in the same room without any issues. What else could I have asked for? Rose, you are amazing. I also want to thank the administrator, Monica Castaneda, Ashley and Veronica for being so sweet and attentive since day 1. Thank you!!!

So happy with the genuine, heartfelt care of the staff as we transitioned mom here from Regent care! Rosie H. & Sally have gone above and beyond to insure that mom is comfortable and not anxious! My husband is here, and it seems whenever they empty his Foley bag, the staff not all but certain ones don't even rinse out the bed pan, and it leaves the room smelling like urine. Why does it take so long for someone to change and clean him up? Oh yeah, they say they're short staffed. Why? I am paying for a service for him and would like him to get reasonable service. Is that too much ask? Would they treat their own family like this? Then again, they might. I hope when they read this, they'll do better. I hope.

From the passionate administrator Monica to the caring DON Eva. Stone oak is next level when it comes to caring for your loved ones. Allison , Caitlin, Rose and Danny are exceptional and will help with anything. The stone oak team made the transition for my mother and father seemless. The nurses , CNA's and CMA's are top tier and will go above and beyond. So grateful to have my parents in an environment of care and compassion. Thank you stone oak team for being next level and always going above and beyond!

My wife has been at the facility for about two weeks and Mrs. Rose did an excellent job with the admission process. She's been very helpful to me and my wife while we are here at the nursing home. I like to tell you that you have an excellent employee working for you. Hopefully you can get more like her. It makes things so much easier for us appreciate it thank you and you have a nice day.

My father has been a resident since October 2023. Since he arrived his physical and emotional health has increased dramatically. I am so thankful to the staff for supporting him through the transition. I highly recommend this community.

I just wanted to share how amazing Rose was with helping bring my father on-board to Stone Oak Care. She is the true meaning of the work 'caring' and brought much ease and comfort during an emotional time for our family. He sadly passed away shortly before we were able to move him, but her support continued even afterwards. I wish he'd been able to make it there, and knew Rose would make sure he was well cared for. (ps, I also had a meeting with Caitlin, and all I can say is what a difference in empathy. Do yourself a favor and ask for Rose).

We've had a very good experience with Stone Oak from their administrative help to the nursing staff. Rose H. and Caitlin B. were very instrumental with the admissions process, in constant communication with us and explaining everything in detail. The nursing staff is very helpful, and kind. They've even gone above and beyond arranging FaceTime conversations so we can visit since we're several hours away. We've been very pleased with the care and professionalism shown by the Stone Oak staff towards our loved one and our family. Stone Oak has been a blessing to our family.
