The nursing staff and physical therapists are GREAT. Understandably, the response times of the nursing staff is a bit on the slow side, mostly due to staffing issues/shortages. Everyone was very personable and empathetic with the patients. Meals were a bit unappealing but you can't please everyone's personal tastes, when having to meet restrictions and nutrtional needs of a very wide ethnic population . The effort is there, just executing is a daunting task.
