Edited: I left an accurate complaint of the care as related by my parents experience. I will give credit for Serenity meeting with my parents to address the issues after this review. It shouldnt take a public review to get issues addressed.

It is hard to believe I am giving Serenity a five star review. When your loved one goes in a facility like this you are not in the 5 STAR mood. But, after 60 days at Serenity, in the Short-Term wing, I have nothing but praise for the Care Team here. The nurses and assistants are attentive, caring and more than competent. There are too many names to mention. Tyler, Carl and the Therapist Team were outstanding. Firm but compassionate and always looking to communicate with my mom and with the family. It is hard to meet the likes of everyone when it comes to food. But, I was there for almost every lunch and found the food very good. The management and business support staff was also very attentive and responsive. I think many residents are on Medicare or Medicaid. We were not and were paying out of pocket. I saw no evidence of different treatment for this reason, which is great. The whole staff was always friendly and met us with a smile. I often saw general staff pitching in to serve food. There was no that’s not my job anywhere, at any time. This is amazing given the things they must have to see and do. I HIGHLY recommend Serenity it would be my first choice should I have a loved one in need in the greater Twin Falls area!

I’ve been in quite a few facilities over the years, but this one is so great.. from the moment you walk in, you just feel such a positive energy. It is clean, it’s cozy, they have this activity area that is so fun to be in.. (it stood out to me the first time I ever visited the facility.. because I thought it was such a nice and fun space to be able to spend time together as a family while visiting our loved one..& it is, especially if you’ve got smaller kiddos who need a bit of entertainment —) Everything about Serenity feels intentional, and you just know they pride themselves with giving the best care you could hope for. Everyone has always been so kind, so helpful, so comforting.. They have the best staff. I never have to worry.. i will always choose and recommend Serenity. Thank you guys for everything you do!! You have no idea what it means to us.

I was there for only a little while for REHAB after hip surgery and I had a very good REHAB, Taylor and the physical therapy staff was AWESOME they me to where I needed to be so I could go home. The nursing staff including the CNAs were AWESOME ALSO. The food was very delicious. Overall I was taken CARE of by an AWESOME group of very caring people. Thank you so much for your kindness to me while I was there.

Our mother was in Serenity for a month after a broken hip. She received excellent care, everyone was so kind, helpful and patient. She got OT and PT that helped her get back on her feet. The office staff was so helpful and patient with us as we navigated our way through this experience. I would recommend Serenity to anyone who needs it. Thank you for taking such good care of our Mom.

I have been placed in Serenity three times. Twice for congestive heart failure and one for total knee replacement. There's no place ide rather be. They care about you as individual, The nurses all exceptionally trained and are wonderful. Their passion for there job comes from the heart. Then CNA and NA again are very well trained and experienced. . They go out of there way to help you rather to shower, go to the bathroom or ya need to talk. I admire the passion these aids show and how it challenges them to move up the ladder. Therapy, I can't count the times I wanted to just give up, sometimes I didn't feel I could achieve my goals, but their team didn't give on me or let me give up myself. Today I sit telling you this because I'm ren times better than I was and I get to go home. Anyone who needs temporary care or assisted living or maybe a family member does, call serenity where you can have the best care and not worry . You will be just fine and wished you might of done it sooner. It gives a piece of mine , hope, and knowing you have the very best here. . Serenity thank you for all you have done. You really care.

Serenity is the place to be to short term,and Rehab. They made the right call to get me to the hospital when I was almost dying. The staff in Rehab,Nurses,CNA, AIDES, Dietary, all saved my life. I can't thank you enough. God Bless you all

My mother-in-law came to visit 2 weeks ago and was so impressed she decided to come there to live. As a family who have visited Serenity we are very impressed. The rooms are very clean, meals are great. This facility has a great feeling about it. Exceptionally well kept. The dining area is like a restaurant. Very pleased with the staff the way they help the residents. Recommend it highly.

We had a tremendous experience with this facility. We had a need for quick action in getting hospice involved. The staff here went above and beyond, as dad passed away the day after release from Serenity. Had it not been for them, dad would have missed passing at home. Meanwhile the care was fabulous. As dad was transported down the hallway, probably 15 different staff members waved goodbye and called his name. It is because they knew his name indicated the level of understanding that goes on there. ABSOLUTELY I recommend this facility!
