They need to train there nures not to let thay hair hang down in patients food and in there face are why they taking care of the patients.And social workers and financial workers need not to go to patients room about paying money to deal with family about the pay so patients can heal.

From the moment I walked into this facility, I was extremely impressed with everything I saw. I was warmly greeted by the Executive Director, James Parker, who was polite, professional, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He immediately reassured me that my mother would receive excellent care and provided a very personal and compassionate experience throughout the process. I also had the pleasure of meeting the Director of Nursing, Carmen, who was equally professional, kind, and welcoming. The facility itself was impeccably clean, and every staff member we encountered made both my mother and me feel comfortable and at home. What truly stood out to me was the level of dedication and care shown by James. I explained that I had a hectic work schedule and was short on time, yet he did not hesitate to stay late to ensure my mother could be admitted after hours. That level of commitment spoke volumes to me. Having dealt with multiple facilities in the past, I can honestly say I have never experienced this degree of professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond for both the resident and their family. I am incredibly grateful to have found this place and highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality care for their loved one. Thank you Mr.Parker for being there in our time of need.

My brother has been in several rehabs facilities over the past four months and this one has been the best by far. The staff have all been very attentive and professional in caring for my difficult brother and the Executive Director, Joshua, by far exceeded our expectations. He was very hands on dealing with the residents and their families and always made time to meet with us even when we dropped the n unannounced. We highly recommend this facility!

I love the fact that Josh the administrator is present in the halls”and rooms of the residents. He does not sit in his office all day! One resident said he had spent an hour with her in her room. I have seen him in the halls multiple times. I feel Josh has been a true asset to San Remo.

I met with Carmen and Jason this afternoon. San Remo was NOT responsible for my dad's death. It was the hospital who was at fault. The hospital lied to me and my family. I have to say that sending your family member here is a great decision.

From day one, the Director of Nursing Carmen made our family feel heard and supported. She took the time to answer questions, explain care plans, and ensure our loved one was comfortable and safe. I was pleased with the care and progress, my husband made while in rehab here after he broke his hip recently . Therapy worked with him and had him walking within a month. Ms Carolyn is a God send, very compassionate. The entire nursing team was wonderful. This was my second time here, the first time back in 2018. Things have changed since then ,definitely for the best!

Initially, I left a bad review. But I'm updating my review as of now, this issue that was a concern, is no longer a concern. I have spoke to Carmon and Josh in regards to my issues I was worried about and come to find out I had conflicting information. My apologies to San Remo. However, I do believe there are staff concerns that need to be addressed in my opinion. But as far as my original issue, I believe it is no longer a problem. I ask forgiveness from Carmon and Josh but I will ask to please make sure that those issues we spoke about are addressed. I thank you for contacting me and listening to my concerns. This is my second time at San Remo and I can honestly see a lot of improvement. The director Josh is an amazing person who does pretty much everything. Like for instance I needed my wheelchair adjusted , instead of waiting for maintenance or asking someone else he got down fixed it himself. The nursing staff’s are blessing and most importantly the Aides especially Ashley are wonderful. I you’re looking for a permanent or temporary replacement for your love ones San Remo is the perfect fit for them. Also great the rehabilitation team is remarkable.

Our family cannot thank the team at San Remo Rehab enough for the miraculous care they provided our grandfather. He came to them with a severe, stubborn wound on his leg that we had been battling for months. We were worried about infection and long-term damage, and on top of that, he had lost almost all his mobility. From day one, the wound care team was exceptional. They were meticulous, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. They implemented a clear, modern treatment plan and explained every step to us, which eased our anxieties tremendously. We watched with relief as the wound, which had once seemed like such a setback, began to steadily close and heal under their expert care.

After my aunt's bad fall and hip fracture, San Remo Rehab provided exceptional care. The physical therapy team worked miracles with her, and the nursing staff was incredibly supportive. We are thrilled that she is now able to walk with minimal assistance and is still getting stronger every day. Her progress has been remarkable.
