Check-in was immediate. Went straight to room. Immediate attendance from nurse and med tech Doctor came in for the exam promptly after the nurse finished. He was thorough, professional and had a great bedside manner. Dr Hidalgo ordered all the appropriate tests.

Dr.Hildago, Liz, and Megan at Red Bud Regional Hospital was absolutely amazing! This ER visit did not feel like an Emergency room visit at all! I would definitely recommend this place for all!!!

I'm giving Red Bud hospital 5 stars after a recent visit to their ED. I usually don't take time to leave reviews. I moved to the area in 2022. Since then I've been to Red Bud ED twice. I had a great experience the 1st time, which is why I chose to go there this last time as well. The staff in all departments, efficient, curdious, caring, and professional, smart and well trained. A big shout out goes particularly to my nurses Amy and Liz, the x ray tech, and Dr Sutton. They totally made my trip to the ED worth it! In fact if I lived closer to hospitals in O'Fallon/Belleville area I'd drive the extra mile to get the exceptional care I received there. Thank you Red Bud Regional!!

Same story as my wife said in her review still cant get there billing act together keep billing us out of network! Staff there is excellent but I would like to see them get there act together on billing!

My brother collapsed and was taken by ambulance to Redbud Regional Hospital on a Saturday evening where he remained until the following Friday. I was amazed and impressed with the high quality of care he received during his entire stay. The ER staff were thorough in the initial exam, kept us informed on his status and their findings and very professional. They knew what they were doing and were able to quickly make the correct diagnosis and get the proper treatments started. Everyone on the MedSurg staff were also phenomenal—again highly trained and knowledgeable on what my brother needed to recover quickly. They were kind, helpful—just amazing. The same can be said for the PT department-they worked with my brother to help him regain the ability to walk and do his normal daily routine and were friendly and kind in the process. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful, kind, caring and excellent at their job. . My mom worked in a hospital for over 20 years and said the Redbud hospital was the cleanest she had ever seen-ever-and so nice and quiet. My family was so blessed during this difficult time by the most amazing , wonderful, caring and professional people we have ever been around. Not just one or two but everyone! The people at Redbud Hospital care about their patients. Thank you all! This hospital is an incredible assets to the people they serve.

My cousin was charged $12,000 for an ICU room which he was never in. I called to let them know to remove that charge from his bill and they said they couldn't because I'm not his POA. I handed my POA information to the nurse during the visit she made copies and apparently never scan them into the computer. I'm wondering if they're just scamming elderly people with all of these charges for services they never received. Whenever there is an issue most of the employees look around confused or act like they just don't ca

My 88 year old mother was recently a patient at the hospital. She has dementia and was treated for pneumonia and difficulty walking. We were very happy with the care she received from the staff, and we're extremely pleased that upon her release she seemed healthier than we had seen her in a long time. We would recommend this hospital for care.
