Professional staff, great care of patients, very clean facilities. Above and beyond, would highly recommend.

I've been working here since 2019. I can truly say it is a very friendly, clean, and amazing place to work at. The patients that come in for rehabilitation leave in good condition, almost back to how they were before they came. The staff here is like family always working together as a team to ensure the patients are well taken care of.

I can't wait to Thumb up this sweet and professional facility right after discharged with well recovery from a whole stomach removal surgery. The name of this facility is Pennysula Post Acute (PPA) where has 62 dual bed rooms and some single rooms. To find an ideal recovery place is so important to me. I started to visit this facility about three more months ago. The smiling receptionist referred me to "Rein" . First, I must pass my deep appreciation to Rein who is the marketing director. She nicely introduced this site with very detailed introduction and provided future contact information. So, the complicated transition from hospital simplified by one call to settle all without any gaps, plus pick up me from hospital. She even taking care of on every step with key instruction during my staying. Seeing is believing! Experiencing is trusting. This facility has great management. Each director in charge of specified field and even having "feed back" channel to put patients' satisfaction on top of it. Snow, the activity director is very active to organize various of entertainment, such as singer in their beautiful yard, singer to your room and volunteer to bring dogs to heal residents mind... PPA's Social service team plays important tool to coordinate each transition and solving the requested help till patient's discharge. Shirley is always working so hard with every issues. This facility had its own interior physical therapy site. You can get every day's practice with their very nice assistance. Johnny's team discovered lots of my potential "skills"... I can't forget the super nice "Speech Therapy" person "Ray" who watched my "swallow" each day and adjusted my food menu with Dietitian, Thanks a lot from my heart. By the way, I am very glad to meet Bella, she is always remind me to protect the surgery area and body status during Therapy. Thank you so much! This facility also has strong nurse team and CNA team for 24 hours services under the supervision of director Aurora. I am here to appreciate all of your nurses and CNA persons caring with a kind and sweet heart. Just list some of the names: Sophia, Matthew, Miya, Christine, Senior CNA Maria, Nancy and more... Thanks for all persons involved in my recovery period. If people is looking for a quality recovery service facility, Go PPA!

I'm leaving this view for PPA because of the facility being run so well. I've been to other facilities and this one's the best I've been in. It's my third time here. The staff works hard and has my back. When ever I have an appointment coming up the social services department takes care of setting up transportation for me to get to and from the appointments. The administrator is very helpful and did not hesitate to give me his business card with his private cell phone number on it for any problems I might have. It doesn't get any better than that. The kitchen here ensures the patients get three good meals a day with snacks and alternatives available at all times. The physical therapists and office staff are phenomenal. It's a pet friendly facility so I've had my dog come and visit a few times which makes being here much easier on me with piece of mind. The nursing staff is very on top of my meds, delivered at a timely manor. In closing, I want to reiterate that this is by far the cleanest, best run and friendliest facility I've ever been to and will continue to only to come if I need a place to go to for rehab.

I feel incredibly fortunate to work at Peninsula Post Acute, a truly exceptional facility. The staff is not only talented, but also kind and compassionate. Our patients are a joy to work with, and our culinary team prepares delicious meals that surpass those found in other facilities. Our diverse rehab team is a strength, with representatives from various cultures and languages, ensuring seamless communication with patients from all backgrounds. Moreover, our management team genuinely cares about employees' well-being, often showing appreciation through thoughtful gestures like providing meals for staff. It's a wonderful place to be employed!

An auntie, 85 years old fell and needed time to recover, the family chose Peninsula Post-Acute. They made a good choice. Although the place is dated. They have a good system in place , providing residents with PT and truly skilled nursing.
December 2023
Due to long and complicated medical circumstances my father spent a long time at Peninsula Post-Acute all the way throughout the holidays, and I cannot thank enough all the RNs and CNAs that cared for my father. I'd like to shout out his care team of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Social Workers that took care of my dad specifically his primary OT and PT Chris & Diane, also Bella, Rachelle, Deante and (Alexis in Social Services). Hilde and Ivy thank you for being so patient with me at the front desk and taking my calls. Hunter if you read this please let them know they made a huge difference in my dad's quality of life and healing. If it's in the budget they deserve a raise or bonus, no joke. My father's only complaint was the food and I wouldn't take that too seriously because he complains about everything. Happy New Years. - Nick
