My mom has been living at NSPIRE for some time now, and although no place is perfect and resources or staffing can sometimes be limited, I truly want to emphasize the positive experiences we’ve had. What stands out the most to me is the kindness and dedication of the people who work here. From the nurses and caregivers to the cleaning staff, handyman, transportation team, office staff, and secretaries—everyone I’ve met has shown compassion, patience, and genuine care. The Nurse Director deserves special recognition for being results-driven, attentive, and incredibly understanding. He always addresses questions or concerns right away and makes sure residents and families feel supported and heard. Through some very difficult times, the staff at NSPIRE have not only cared for my mom but have also been a great source of support for me. I’ve met many people with truly big hearts here, and I’m deeply grateful for their help, kindness, and dedication. Thank you all for what you do every day.

I do not understand how this center has this ratings, I am specifically talking about the rehab center. I had a family member there and there is not attention to the patient, the staff is not qualified and the place had an awful smell, really bad. When my family member left in 1/2025 they had just started to change the floors in the halls. The place is just horrible, I do not recommended to anyone.

My mom has been at Nspire for about 6 weeks. She is in her early 60s. She had 25 year old gluteus implants that were causing her horrific nerve pain in her legs, back and glutes removed The wounds are about 7 inches each in length, under both buttocks. I was horrified when I saw these wounds. The Wound Care team here is great! Yelenys has been attending to my mother's wounds every day for 6 weeks She is extremely knowledgeable in wound care and my mother is almost completely healed. I want to give thanks to Dr. Lopez, Yaser and Leyda and so many other nurses and staff members but unfortunately Google doesn't give me any more space to write.

This facility is substandard. It gets 2 stars only because of the staff. They appear courteous and professional every time I visit my family member. But, the patients 'beds and furniture are very old and worn out. Yet, what worries me the most is the lack of cleanliness. Example, a sink in one of the dining rooms was so dirty it has black mold around it. If that's what 's visible, what would we find in the areas not visible to the public. It's a shame that a facility where the elderly need to be there, at least they should be in a place where it's clean and less repulsive.

Come into Nspire Health Csre Kendall on Wednesday, July 10 for a knee replacement. My experience in this center was very good, all the staff are very efficient, the human quality is very good. The therapists and nurses all took care of me very well, I felt really cared for and they helped me in my recovery. For me it should have 5 stars. I hope other people take my comments into consideration and decide on this center.

Yenery Hernandez my wound care nurse was spectacular! When I arrived at Nspire I had 2 large wounds one on my hip and one on abdomen . I am so grateful, she realized how scared I was and made sure to be very gentle. One of the things I appreciated the most was that as she cured me she would tell me exactly what she was doing. This helped me to stay calm. When I had my dr's appointment with my surgeon he made it a point to tell me how beautiful my wound looked and what a great job she was doing! I'm leaving tomorrow and thanks to Yenelys great care my wounds look great and are much smaller than expected in such a short time! Nspire and her patients are lucky to have her!

The environment feels more organized and welcoming, which greatly contributes to the recovery process. My mother was there for two months and the treatment was wonderful. The center is very simple but its staff is first-class, both in the administrative part and in the medical service, the love and patience with which they treat the patients. How can I begin... there is a change of management and you can definitely see the difference in the overall care. My mother was admitted for over 40 days, she received the upmost care and was happy with the activities, treatment plan, Physical Therapy and conditions. God has helped me enough with so many people who have treated me with respect, love and a lot of care. The therapies were very good, my nurse Barbara and Olga were very good, my nurses too, nurse Yelenys from special Wound Care, had a wound and She cured it for me every day, thanks to all the Nspire staff to the director Amaury Alonso, a wonderful person who was simply available to all his patients. Nspire Healthcare Kendall is a great nursing home. Their therapy team is top notch and the staff really care about the services they provide. The administrator is very involved and makes sure all the residents are treated the way they should be cared for. It's also a very clean facility.
