d people pirty smells like urine resdents sleeping in halls food cold some of the staff dont bother to respond to help bells i have witnessed people needing to go to bathroom staff telling them they will b back and dont return in time resident wind up having bathroom accident many staff dont care those r the ones that should not be care givers there

5 stars for all the love. I have witnessed so much kindness and love from the nurses, caregivers, and volunteers at this facility. Yes the facility is old and dated and those that can afford more may choose a better place, but I am comforted by all the little things I see employees stopping to do from helping to feed a patient to giving them a hugs. I am from a family of medical providers on both my sides. The reality of health care today is sad. Every facility is short staffed from hospitals to ER's to nursing homes. My best advise is visit as often as you can, help in any way you can and do what you can to be part of the solution..

Neffsville is a great place, the residents are well taken care of and have fun activities and outings. Weekly they now may order lunch from different places in the area. The residents are happy and the therapist are the best.

The building hasn't had a good reputation for several years, but most of the employees that work there are trying to turn it around and make it a better place for staff and residents!

Facility cares about their residents and always has their best interest at heart. NHA has been there a while and made many positive changes. She is very dedicated to making sure the facility maintains a home like environment for their residents.
