It was my first ever visit to Midlothian Healthcare Center. I was greeted at the door by the receptionist who was very nice and friendly. I was very pleased with the her courtesy.

My father is attending outpatient therapy at this facility following a stroke 6 weeks ago. Our family is so grateful for the caring staff and the progress they are helping my dad make in therapy. My mother commented, I think he would have been better off coming here instead of the rehab hospital they sent him to. We are very impressed! It is a beautiful facility with a homie atmosphere. It doesn’t feel like a nursing home but more like an extended family. It’s clean and smells brand new. Every department has a super star in it making the facility run smoothly.

My mom spent nearly two weeks in rehab, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she received. The nursing staff did an excellent job, providing compassionate and attentive support throughout her stay. As an occupational therapist myself, I have high standards, and the therapy provided was truly exceptional. Additionally, my mom enjoyed the nutritious meals offered during her recovery. Thanks to their dedicated team, she has successfully returned home and is now living independently. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking top-notch rehabilitation services.

My parents started staying here in December 20 24. Dementia, old age and heart issues have taken its toll them. But I can say they are healthier from having meals 3 times a day and more rested, more alert than I’ve seen them in a long time! Their medication is managed they get the care and the help they need which for both of them with dementia is so important. Thank you to everyone, the nurse especially and all the wonderful staff!

My family has had a very positive experience with both the rehab department and the long term care at this facility. Everyone we have come in contact with, from office staff to housekeeping, have been friendly, caring and efficient. We visit often and so far have been very impressed with the way this facility is operated.

Wouldn't recommend at this time. They have a lot of good people here especially the rehab therapists. Day staff does good most of the time. A little slow in resolving issues. The night staff is horrible neglecting patients and appear to be totally unaccountable. Transferred my mother to a rehab in Waxahachie and it is like night and day. Her level of care is so much better now.

Ashlye McKesson and Linsey Tarkington have both been extremely helpful. They’ve supported me on both a professional and personal level at a time I’ve needed it the most. I would highly recommend this Healthcare facility. All of the nursing staff and management are very supportive. It makes you feel safe and cared for.

My mother has been a resident at this facility for a year and a half after transitioning from an assisted living facility. The staff and administration was very helpful in this transition. When I have a concern or question, they usually respond within the same day. I visit my mother at least 3 times a week, and she is well taken care of. It is nice to know that she is being cared for by professionals while I work full time. I also love that it is a Christian based facility. The workers are NEVER standing around talking (which is very impressive). They are always taking care of the patients and residents. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily.

My mom has been at Midlothian Healthcare for three years and they have always taken good care of her. My mom can be very difficult and they are very gracious and handle her with care and professionalism. They go above and beyond to take care of her. The staff has done a very good job of managing the COVID situation with all of the mandated requirements. I have a great deal of respect and appreciation for all of them knowing how difficult it has been on the residents, employees and family members. This place has been a blessing for my family!

I was a patient there from December 29, 2018 till May of 2019 after a near fatal motorcycle accident. I was confined to a bed when coming in to gradually becoming mobile in a wheelchair. I left being able to walk. The physical therapists helped me come up with manageable goals and helped me achieve them. The staff was great, they got to know my favorites when it came to food. I have multiple upcoming surgeries and will surely come back for all my rehab needs.

Family owned. This is a beautiful facility! Well maintained inside and out. Always have seen someone cleaning, painting or buffing floors. The dietary department takes pride in not having your typical nursing home food and was made aware the administrator eats the food daily for lunch. The front office personal and managers are friendly and ready to assist when an issue is brought to them. If you have an issue and give them the opportunity to correct it, they will, plus some. If you are thinking of a place for your loved one, go in, meet the staff, and take a look around for yourself first and I think you will be impressed!

Awesome facility! Great food, Great Nurses! Very attentive and I love the guy with the guitar walking around singing about the most high God! And the decor is like I'm at THE RITZ-CARLTON! Everyone makes mistakes but they are quick to fix it! I definitely recommend this facility...

The staff and the facility is horrible. I loved the rehab part they were really deadacated to their patients and getting you to meeting your goals. I was really disappointed in the care that I got while in the home itself the food was terrible and it took forever to get someone to answer your call light and I hope I never have to go back there again
