After visiting several other Nursing Homes, Legend Oaks West is exemplary! The layout of rooms are extraordinary, two residents in each room are separated by a wall as opposed to a curtain, lots more private personal space! Beginning with the front desk staff, all residents are greeted by their last names! The environment is extremely clean without clutter. Nursing, nutrition, housekeeping, activities, MDS, PT-OT- Speech staff, and spiritual staff go above and beyond on caring for all residents!

I love my daddy & I love to visit him @ Legend Oaks. The staff, nurses, physical-therapist, speech therapist are making an improvement on his capabilities. Also the CNA's, & operators in the front desk are super friendly. Their facility is super clean & also the patients rooms are super clean. My daddy gets his meds, baths, meals & they schedule activities for all the members to enjoy together.

The care staff treat your loved one as if they are one of theirs. From nursing to therapy, you can tell they are knowledgable and compassionate about what they do. The facility is clean and has a nice patio located in the middle of the facility. Would recommend this facility to anyone needing nursing care and/or rehabilitation!

My mom came to legends for rehab. She really loves it. Now she wants to stay permanently. We are working on that at the moment. She is very happy with everything.im happy as well. Gives me great comfort to know she is being taken care of. The people working in legends are great. The food she get she says she loves, and it's always super clean. Overall my mom and I are very Happy. We give it an A+. Gina & Angelina Garcia.
