Great Staff & Clean facility. The staff has been excellent with Taking Care of My Aunt. There are some that absolutely go out of their way to assist/help the residents & family at this Facility. This is The first Rest Home that I have ever been in that didn't smell like Urine time u walk through the doors. Its a Great Place..

It’s a great place, people are nice enough, except today a patient was being released, The Social worker was good , she explained everything to Patient, stating her insurance would only pay until 16th, and she explained the appeal process. Patient signed form saying she would not be appealing insurance decision, not to pay for her to stay longer, only thing is, Patients sister is her POA and has medical POA also. Patient has her hopes up to go home. , Patient not able to live alone. So we now have a Problem . Shouldn’t the Social worker have known this, they were shown POA when patient was admitted.

June 9, 2025: Today I sent note of thanks to the entire Dahlia Gardens’ Team expressing appreciation for the care that everyone has been providing to my younger brother since his admission 9 months ago. DG’s Staff have been united in their effort to ensure the facility’s cleanliness and smooth operations.They have also been quick to communicate with me regarding changes in my brother’s medical conditions and sudden hospitalizations. We appreciate DG’s Team’s commitment to my brother’s care and pray for its Staff’s continued dedication and success.

I was visiting a patient there. It was dinner time. The young lady that brought her dinner was extremely nice. It is a very clean & uplifting environment there.

I live far away from here. I did not want to come to Dahlia at first. I wanted to go home after being in the hospital for a long time. Everyone here shows you love and roots for you. I had to work hard in PT. One lady really encouraged me to keep going when I thought I should give up. The love I was recieving everyday kept me going. I'm happy to say that when I came to Dahlia, I was in a wheel chair and had been for a long time. I'm leaving today and I'm walking out with a wheel for the first time. I hope to continue to make everyone proud and my family and keep going more up the ladder on getting better. If I need help, I know I can call Dahlia and get the answers I need. I love you all.

The staff at this facility was wonderful, courteous and friendly all around. They treated my loved one with such care and treated all of us that visited with respect and as if we were family. The Director of Nursing even made her rounds and took time out of her busy schedule to visit us frequently and assured us that our loved one would be well taken care of, which gave us such a sense of relief. Even the cleanliness of this facility speaks volumes on the level of pride and care that the staff has for not only for their job but the individuals that they look after. I've seen and heard stories of how some facilities treat people and I was a little concerned to say the least but my worries were quickly put to ease. Thank you for all that you do and please continue the amazing work. You are all truly special and a blessing.

I agree with all of the other wonderful comments about Dahila Gardens. My significant other was here for short-term care, and I was thoroughly impressed. If you have a loved one that needs superior and quality care, I strongly recommend this facility. What sets them apart begins the minute you walk in the door. I was impressed at how each discipline that would be responsible for my significant other's care took the time to introduce themselves, listened to his and mine cares & concerns and then set the path of rehab based on that and not a predetermined check off list. The staff were all wonderful, the cleanliness was top notch and especially the ease of getting his needs met was really nice.

Great place for the seniors to get the care they need. Extremely clean and neat place with no odors. Hats off to House Keeping. Top notch Therapy and Nursing department. Nurses are proactive on all patient needs with great leadership from DON and Administrator. I would highly recommend this place if your loved ones need skilled nursing services.

I had a wonderful tour with Ms. Garcia today. She was full of smiles and jokes when I met her. The building smells wonderful. my dad is at another facility for rehab and I'm looking for a Long Term Care skilled nursing care facility for my dad to move to that is closer to me. This place is the place for my dad. I hope we can move in soon.

I toured this place two weeks ago. I love the look and the wonderful smell hitting you as soon as you walk thru the front door. Staff were super nice when walking through the building. With that being said. The Admission lady Elizabeth was fantastic. She broke everything down for us and explain the whole process for us. She had us speak with the business office Michelle was so rude. All she cared about was having the money pretty much that day. She also stated everything of my husband SS needed to be sent over and she has to be the Rep person. She is the reason why we did not go for the place.

Dahlia Gardens is a wonderful facility and I would not hesitate to recommend to a loved one. I have toured many nursing homes and the first thing that struck me about Dahlia was the lack of typical nursing home odor when you walk in the door. The facility is very clean and the housekeeping staff are all very friendly. The gym was in the middle of a remodel when I toured but looks beautiful with brand new floors to match the rest of the facility. The therapy staff was welcoming and clearly had amazing rapport with the residents. The nursing staff were all extremely friendly and professional and it was clear that they really care about their residents. The activities room was full of residents and the activities coordinator had them all engaged and having fun. The DON, social worker and administrator were all very warm and accommodating. It's clear they all love what they do. Lastly, I appreciated the admissions coordinator, Liz, who gave the tour. I never felt rushed, she was patient with me and answered all of my questions. 5 stars for Dahlia Gardens!

This facility, exceeded my expectations in all levels of care and general functionality. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and everyone is willing to help. There’s no smelland is cleaner than most facilities I’ve seen, thus far. I highly recommend this facility or schedule a tour with the admissions coordinator, Elizabeth, to see for yourself! 10/10 recommend!

My mom recently stayed at this facility for rehabilitation and we highly recommend this place! I am a former CNA and I was so impressed with everything. It was so clean, smelled great and above all they gave my mom outstanding care. I honesty cannot say enough good things about our entire experience. It was nice to be able to rest knowing my mom was so well cared for. From admissions, PT, dietary, housekeeping, the nurses and CNAs and even the activities director.... the entire staff was amazing. My mom was a little sad to leave her new friends and has asked me to bring her back for visits. Again as a former health care worker I highly recommend Dahlia Gardens!
