First time to visit Franklin Wellness Center. Greeter was very helpful signing me in. Plenty of Care worrkers per patient. Food looked very good and smelled great. Very impressed with cleanest! Professional staff.

I am an employee here. I must say that this truly is a great place to work. We care about the patients and are working hard to make this place a home away from home for them. The new management team is committed to great customer satisfaction and it is showing more and more each day!

Just moved a family member in here. Everyone has been so communicative and helpful. Hes now been there a while, im sooo happy we found such caring individuals from nursing all the way through ot, pt administration also social worker to maintenance . Not one person ive met wasnt caring and helpfull. Corporate should soo recognize them for their quality in caring for our vulnerable.

Excellent team of nurses and administrative staff. I would definitely recommend any of my loved ones to the facility. The staff and administration goes above and beyond to take care of their resident's needs. They truly provide quality and safe patient care.

Although there are a few excellent staff members here, the medical care for patients with severe medical needs is lacking. Most of the nursing staff are temps so they are not aware of the patient history. We were able to move our family member to a different facility and they have improved.
