My 94 year old mother has been here for approximately 9 months. She absolutely loves it here and has a special love and high compliments for many of the staff. She is continuously on the go and involved in the many programs and events they have going on. She loves the outings Amanda plans, enjoys the church services, enjoys the little children visits. The change in her since she moved is incredible! She chooses life and happiness, previously she was just getting by. Thank you to all that take such good care of her! My sister has been at Ebenezer Ridges Care Center for 1 year! It has been the most loving and caring experience ever!! The staff is absolutely wonderful! And the care and positive experiences have been great!! What has been such a great thing is the activities they have for the residents, they are so much fun! And they all enjoy them so much! A very big Thank you to everyone there!!!!

"I've had the privilege of working as the Life Enrichment Director at The Ridges for over six years, and I can truly say that I love coming to work every day. This campus is such a special place, offering a generous budget that allows me to plan a wide variety of enriching programs. The support from the Ebenezer Foundation is invaluable, bringing unique initiatives like Art with Heart, MacPhail Music, Poetry and Northern Clay to our community. One of the most remarkable aspects of The Ridges is its intergenerational environment. The on-site daycare adds an extra layer of joy to our residents' daily lives, creating meaningful interactions that brighten everyone's day. This place is my home away from home, and I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such dedicated coworkers and to be a part of the Ebenezer family. I absolutely love my residents, my team, and the mission we serve.

I go to many nursing homes to play music and Ebenezer Ridges is my favorite because the folks are so happy and full of hope and spirit. The folks that work there are the same. So loving!

My mother was a patient May 2023. She went in to recover from hip and wrist fractures. The entire staff was absolutely amazing! Therapists, social worker, nursing, housekeeping, and dietary staff all contributed to her full recovery. Thank you so much for the exceptional care she received.

Ebeneezer Care Center has been a great home for my 95 year old mother. She is treated well by the staff. She loves her room with touches added from her previous home to make it feel like home.

Ebenezer Ridges Campus is a special place. Quality staff, warm and welcoming environment, many lovely activities and programs to foster fun, learning and meeting new friends. They also offer a child care onsite, which brings a wonderful mix for intergenerational connection and energy to the campus. The location is also great. Easy to find in the heart of Burnsville - right across the street from Ridges Hospital. If you're looking for a great community, definitely put Ebenezer Ridges on your list!

Do you need a place for your parents? This is the best place ever. My parents have been taken care of with the best loving care. During this time of Covid-19, I never worried that they were not taken care of. My mom thinks she has a really big family. And my dad has been taken care of with tender loving care. I know what is happening and what their needs are, because the staff keep me informed with it all. So glad I chose this place for parents. It has now been almost a year since I last wrote this review. Both of my parents have now passed. I will always be thankful for the care both of them received. They're last day with us was with dignity and loving care for them both. I highly recommend Ebenezer / Arbor Lane Memory care for anyone that is struggling with a place to take care of your parents. You will be thankful you chose this loving group of care takers.

Each time I have interacted with the Ebenezer team it has been a delightful experience. The staff is friendly and very responsive. You can tell they put the care of their guests first and foremost. I applaud their efforts to keep the facility clean and safe through the COVID pandemic, it definitely made a difference with our selection choice. You can definately tell the Executive Director is engaged and wanting the facility to be a fantastic place to live, she returned my calls right away and also provided me with a follow-up response with my questions.
