From day one, Mable Chambers made our experience exceptional. Starting with the tour, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to explain my aunt’s insurance coverage in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all of our questions were answered. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about getting to know my aunt and understanding her needs. Whenever I had a question or concern, Mable was always available and willing to help. The entire team at Courtyards of Orlando was caring and attentive. The therapy department was amazing”thanks to their hard work and dedication, my aunt is now back home and able to move around independently. Social Services also did a wonderful job coordinating all the equipment she needed before discharge, making the transition home smooth and stress-free. If you are looking for a facility for your loved one, I highly recommend Courtyards of Orlando. The care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the staff made all the difference for our family. I was there late and had a couple questions; Stephanie, the nurse, was so sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. Keyla, the social worker, is also quite knowledgeable and helpful and really wants what’s best for her residence. Overall, a really great experience at this facility.

I had a very positive experience with this rehab facility and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality rehabilitation care. From the moment the admission process began, the Admission Director was incredibly helpful, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and welcoming. The nursing staff truly stood out during the stay. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely caring toward residents. It was clear that they take pride in their work and go the extra mile to ensure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and supported throughout their recovery. I would also like to recognize the HR team for maintaining such a professional and organized environment. During a very stressful and emotional time for our family, she was compassionate, patient, and incredibly supportive. Thanks to her dedication, my dad’s transition into this nursing home was smooth, and our family now has a peace of mind. Family's only get changed twice a day. Sitting in ’© poop all day..has broken down her skin on the butt. Can't keep no help.good nurses or aids will not stay. Saturday and Sunday short staffed. I heart broken to see to see love ones treated in such a manner. Get what you can afford i guess . The smell is awful I know it's the facility sewage

I can’t emphasize how amazing all the staff were. My dad came to Courtyards of Orlando end of May and every each of the staff and management were welcoming, sincere and genuine. I would highly recommend if you are looking to place your loved ones whether for short or long term.

It seems that you’re under staffed! But when Vernon and his roommate needed cleaned up, it didn’t take a long time before they were serviced. The staff I’ved came in contact with were pleasant.

I’ve been in this facility since March 3,2025 my arrival by surprise was with a warm welcome by Nurse Andranita and from that point on my whole experience have been awesome, from the CNA’s, to the Nurses Shonda was my first over night nurse and showed so much compassion thank you for that. Nurse Leyla I thought she was mean but as I got to know her she changed my perspective of her Yalonda has a great attitude I’ve seen her deal with a very difficult resident and she held her composure through explaining the situation. Physical/Occupational Therapy Nichole was my OT and she pushed me to the limit her motivation for the patients is awesome Bernidate was my PT and she is definitely hard but it’s to make you stronger I appreciate you for that, I only work with Kevin on Friday but he knows his stuff he break down your therapy to science to where you can understand how it benefits your body thanks Kevin.Nurses,Aministrative Naomi is on the floor and treat her staff with respect as well as her residents , Activity director Julia has multiple jobs and can be difficult at times , she take the residents out I believe once a month which is awesome. Jorge wound care great attitude . Nurse Dione she has been pleasant to me from day one I love her for that she always knew when something was wrong. Maintenance is always working and take care of any issues with a good attitude.Kay kitchen director tried her very best to make me comfortable as far as what I ate thank you.,Social Workers, Nurse Chanae is fairly new but she is awesome. Shirley has a lot of compassion for the residents I love her vibe, and last, but not least Admissions (Mable) you are such a blessing that God placed you in my life I appreciate you so much I ’ you and I will always hold you in my ’.. Don’t let the address judge your prospective of this facility, because I did and my experience have given me the true meaning of don’t judge a book by its cover cover. Kevin is a wonderful man he is a 5 star physically therapist he helps me and gives me encouragement. Mable is the first person who welcome me and is still helping me she comes in every morning to say hello and she always there for me

The therapy team works with you. Long as you're willing to do the work they are willing to get you better. Then the wound nurse Jorge takes precise care of each wound carefully making sure you heal up quickly and safely as possible. They get 5 stars from me and I give them permission to use my pictures to show off there work. But like with anything they can't please everyone, they try though

I have to say the experience was OK I mean they treated me with respect the place is clean. The ends are nice. The nurses are nice and helpful and they care about how you feeling. Food is awesome housekeeping they do their thing they clean the place the bathrooms keep the place clean, also the laundry is very good. She washes your clothes and puts your clothes and hangers. I mean the place is very nice and to be honest I would have to come back to a place to get treatment. It would be here.

They take great care of their patients and staff. I’ve seen miracles happen here at courtyards the therapy department works very great and helps patients get back home as fast as they can and safely.
