Honestly, College Park has been really impressive. They seem to have just about every rehab service someone could need, but what stood out to me the most is the people. You can tell the staff genuinely cares and wants to see patients get better. It doesn't feel like they're just going through the motions”they really put in the effort to help people succeed.

In 2023 My amazing father Roger Frye was a resident at College Park rehabilitation Center and I am still grateful for the care, compassion, and respect he received during his time there. He was there for four months The staff treated him with kindness and dignity, making a difficult time for our family much easier to navigate. The nurses, caregivers, and support staff were attentive to his needs and always took the time to make him feel comfortable and valued. They kept our family informed, answered our questions, and genuinely cared about his well-being. Their dedication and professionalism gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. The facility was clean, welcoming, and provided a safe environment for residents. What stood out most was the genuine compassion shown by the staff every day. They went above and beyond to ensure my father received not only excellent care but also companionship and respect. Julie the Director is the most amazing lady.. whenever there was a problem she handled it Immediately to Genesis and Heidi best two nurses in the world. I can’t say enough about these two and how amazing they were taking care of my father. Terri, the head nurse what a beautiful soul she made sure that the nurses that took care of my father were on top of it. Darren, the social Worker was there for us mentally through all the hard times it’s very supportive, caring understanding. He made sure that we did have a piece of mind which was a huge to us The head chef that cooked dads food made sure I had a menu every single week to circle what my dad wanted to eat and the times we were not there. She made sure she gave dad the best food ever. There’s a lot of staff I don’t remember their names, but one girl in particular when I showed up there to find a facility to move my father thank u for giving me a hug. Our family will always appreciate the love and support shown to my father during his stay. Thank you to everyone at College Park Rehab rehabilitation center for the difference you made in his life and ours. Unfortunately, we lost him in 2023. We miss him so much but we still talk about the staff there to this day so thank you all for what you’ve done for our Dad.

My father has been a Patient at College Park Rehab since having a major stroke and I cant say enough positive things about all the staff here! Before arriving here, we had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with two other nursing facilities where my dad almost died due to neglect from the staff. It can be challenging to find good care in the Las Vegas Valley and that is why we are so thankful to have found College Park. All the nurses are caring, attentive, and always happy to help you with any issues you need. The vibe you get when walking into this facility compared to the others we were at is like night and day. You can tell everybody there is happy to be working there which makes a big difference in the kind of care the patients receive. We are so thankful to everyone on staff at College Park for giving us piece of mind knowing my father is being taken proper care of!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heidi and her nursing assistant, Genesis. From the very beginning, they have both shown an incredible level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for my mom. Heidi is not only highly knowledgeable and attentive, but she also takes the time to truly listen and make sure all of my mom’s needs are met. She goes above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and the best possible care at all times. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. Genesis is just as amazing”kind, patient, and always willing to help with a warm and positive attitude. She treats my mom with so much respect and care, and it brings our family real peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. Together, Heidi and Genesis make an outstanding team. So I have a very dear friend that is getting treatment at College Park Rehabilitation Center and I just wanted to say there is a nurse there that has went out of her way helping me with him when she’s not even Assigned to his hallway. Her name is Heidi she is so good at her job. She goes above and beyond with helping with him thank you Heidi Keep up the spectacular work. The team here really cares and will give above the call of duty to make sure that your needs are met.!The administration starting with Julie who is very involved and makes herself available to patients with an open door policy she truly cares and listens to any questions or concerns and acts on them immediately! Eddy the case manager is an absolute angel he has done so much to make sure that I am well taken care of and feel at home here! The entire team is excellent social workers, activities, dietary and nursing staff are fantastic one particular nurse has been extremely supportive Melanie’s love, caring heart and support have made all the difference in the world. I wish there were 20 more of her!!! She actually cares! She listens to me and makes sure I am ok. Even when she’s assigned to be my nurse she still checks on me! I couldn’t ask for a nicer or more compassionate human being than her!!! The PT & OT teams are top notch!!!

I am the mother of a patient in CPR hospital. The second you enter the hospital, you greeted with friendly, n helpfulness, making you feel that they care for m your love ones. It does not stop here. The nursing staff doesn't allow the pts' lights to stay on. Even the administrator answers light. Whatever problem you take her, she will attend to it immediately. She has never told me go to the person in charge of the department. She gets up n deals with the problem, no matter what it is. She answers all of the patients required n problems , talk about an open door policy. Her door is wide open. After a while all of the staff feel like family. I will do just about anything to keep my daughter here. This Is the best place for her, they check on everything from head to toes. My daughter came with horrible wounds on her legs. I thought they would never heal. They are almost heal. God bless this people that care.

College Park Rehabilitation Center in North Las Vegas is my mom's new home for long-term care. After a long process of visiting and excluding other facilities, I'm extremely happy we settled on CPRC for her care. During our initial visit we met with Julie Liebo, Administrator and Melinda Morris, Director of Admissions. Both women gave us hugs when I asked, made our tour about answering our questions not selling us on the facility, and showed genuine concern for my mother's needs. We moved my mom from another facility in another state and CPRC staff helped with the transition, providing the necessary guidance on everything from obtaining vaccine records to applying for Medicaid. The transition went so smoothly because everyone at CPRC communicates well, was aligned on our goals, and did everything possible to make my mom comfortable with the transition. We were especially surprised and thankful for the activities director giving mom an electronic cat her first weekend. Mom was tasked with taking care of it and was no longer focused on what had changed. It literally took away any anxiety she had about the move. Since it has been about a month now we've had the opportunity to work with more staff on mom's care plan, which has gone well too. I am beyond grateful that mom is in a safe place, is well taken care of, is getting her much needed meds on schedule, and that she loves the food, activities, and staff. What more could we ask for really? Thank you, everyone, at CPRC for this wonderful experience and new, long-term relationship with my family. We love you all!

It's not very often I write a review but in this case, I had to tell the world about how fantastic it was to stay at College Park. Everyone who has some type of job there,introduces themselves to you. Everyone wants to make sure you are more than satisfied. Where do you have a menu with a choice of foods that are served HOT when you are eating it. This is unheard of. The food director, Jeff, is amazing. My 2 regular nurses were the absolute best ever. Tilea and Maria true caring professionals. Most times the CNAs do their jobs ok. Sharon was my CNA the majority of my 20 days there. So amazing and thoughtful because she CARED FOR HER PATIENTS!!! When I thought it couldn't get any better, the social worker did everything possible to get me situated. These people are fantastic! Thank you College Park for your kindness. Christopher James Costa

My son has lived at CPR for 20 years. He is Special Needs and is cared for with love, compassion and dignity. Two years ago he had to be moved to the B hall and is cared for by Carolyn J, Ken, Magnolia and other professional CNAs. The care my son receives at CPR gives me peace of mind at all times and I'm able to focus on my other family members. I love this facility and the staff and would not want my son to live anywhere else.....this is his home!!

My sister spent the last year and a half on a ventilator at College Park. She was in and out of the hospital during that course of time. When she returned from the hospital it was comforting to know that some of the same staff would be caring for her. She finally went on hospice and passed away with our family around he in November. During her time there we got to interact with the staff. They were always attentive and caring. I was touched by how they had come to know her and expressed their condolences when she passed. No one wants a loved one to have to go to a care facility. It isn't ideal but often necessary. College Park has a consistant staff, we found the facility to be clean and the staff friendly.

An Expert Evaluation of College Park Rehabilitation Center In the early part of February 2024, I was contacted by a long-standing neighbor who had experienced a fall induced by Pneumonia. An individual with whom my past extends back to childhood seemed demure about an extended stay in any medical facility, be it hospital or rehabilitation center. Therefore, my family and I felt compelled to support her with all means necessary towards ensuring she could return safely home. Contrary to expectations, this is not merely a review but rather an account based on personal experience - far from being a guide for gourmet delights in Las Vegas. Upon communicating her satisfactory experiences regarding the care and food quality at the institution which exceeded expectations significantly, she assured me I need not fuss too much over her condition. Regardless of this reassurance, out of concern, numerous visits were made by myself. The premise impresses visually and practically “ its well-maintained scenery combined with exceptionally high levels of cleanliness greatly added to its appeal. The workforce are highly interactive and cordial both within their patient interactions as well as guest communication day-in-day-out providing movement freedom given patients can handle manoeuvrability without major constraints often encouraging participation in fulfilling activities held regularly at community spaces resulting bubbly energy that resonates positivity throughout the building. Ultimately though what lifted my spirits tremendously was hearing how comfortable she was there even going so far as stating if future dependency arises for such services unquestionably College Park Rehabilitation Center would be chosen again imploding fears initially held giving peace knowing our dear neighbour rests in verified capable hands willing to go above beyond delivering foremost healthcare service protocol procedures filled ethical treatment therapeutically engaging environment contributing overall recovery process after complex health setbacks taking demand considerable time healing feeling less homesick during such critical phases making enduring times slightly easier digest undoubtedly rate high ranking position within healthcare sector indeed humble opinion confirm status reputed established residents friendly compassionate aiding quick recovery productivity thereby warranting full-fledged endorsement for those seeking similar services.

I broke my ankle in July, and this place was the third rehab I finished my stay at when my ankle finally mended. Here, I believe you can tell the staff care about its residents as if they were family. There have been people who have worked here for years, who know people by name, and treat people as humans, not another nameless face. Physical and occupational therapy are really consistent in accomplishing realistic therapy goals for patients, really listening to therapy needs. Literally, I would just be naming every single therapist from physical and occupational therapy department to toot everyone’s horn, and then suddenly this review would be too long lol. Activities with Batch and Rachel are excellent in engaging the residents. They are very happy and cheerful, and create activities that both residents and staff can engage in and build camaraderie. Many thanks to Julie for creating and maintaining a warm, active, and loving home for people who need short term care or extended care for longer stays.
