Curtis is one of the best activities directors I've ever met. I'm a curent Resident at Orchard Park and this place feels like Home,. It's a place you can make friends and keep them. It's clean and always smells good. The kitchen manager has really made the food better and tastes great. The Activities Director shows she really cares about the Residents. She always takes all the Residents into consideration when doing Activities and makes each activity so everyone can participate no matter what disability they do or don't have. If it werent for Annette the Activities Director I'd state in mu room all day. Physical and OT Therapy really help everyone here. Chalis is one of the best Nurses here. Chalis does wound care here and she explains what she's needs to do for care and is always helpful.

I was very impressed with my experience here while my mom stayed at Orchard Park. The staff were consistently helpful, attentive, and welcoming”I was greeted every time I came to visit. The building was clean and always smelled fresh, which made a big difference. The food was also surprisingly good; I had lunch with my mom during one visit and genuinely enjoyed it enough that I would want to eat there again. What stood out the most was the activities program. My mom is typically not very social, but she participated in activities every day. The Activities Director, Annette, offered a wide variety of engaging options and took the time to support each resident individually. She introduced herself to me, checked in on how I was doing, and even invited me to join in with my mom, which I really appreciated. My mom would call me daily to share what she had done, often saying she was tired in the best way after such a full, enjoyable day. It was clear that the Activities Director truly cares about the residents and their well-being. I would highly recommend Orchard Park to anyone looking for quality care and a positive environment.

I would be remiss if I didn't take time to share my experience recently at Casc. at O.P... Our mom has been a resident there for a past few weeks, and as things became worse, it was clear that mom wasn't going to be with us for much longer. So family united together to go and support mom as she prepared to leave this mortal life. There was A LOT of us... and never once did any one of the professionals at the care center bat an eye at our comings and goings. We were loud, and boisterous, still they were supportive of our efforts to comfort our mother. The staff was professional, caring, loving, and very attentive to OUR needs as well as our moms. Seeing that there was a large group of family in with our mother, and that we have been there for a long time, they brought us food and drinks from the cafeteria so we could eat there with her and not have to leave her side. To me, this is an example of a facility that truly 'cares'. That was GREATLY appreciated... and everyone was very supportive and friendly to each of our family members who were coming and going into moms room through the whole process. Thanks to all of you there at Cascades at Orchard Park... you help make a hard time that much better for us. We will always appreciate what you did for us.

The staff has been super friendly every time I have had a question and from what I have been able to see very attentive to the needs of the patients. A lot of times it has reminded me of a quote from SpongeBob hotel episode we shall never deny a guest (resident) even the most ridiculous request. I would recommend this LTC facility to any of my family or friends that are in need of that type of care

Prior to placing my mother, I researched and visited nearly a dozen rehab/long-term care facilities in the valley and talked with their staff. My final question to staff members was, if not placed in their facility, where would they consider having a loved one go? Time and time again, Orchard Park (OP) was suggested. After being there for nearly 6 months, I trust OP with the care of my mother. The staff at OP have earned my respect and appreciation. But let's be real here; no one is perfect, not at my home or anywhere else. The bottom line, I expect professional and compassionate care, and I found it at OP.

My dad was just admitted there and there was nobody to help him get settled in his room or to find out exactly what he needs to keep breathing or to be comfortable. It was a shared room which is fine but it was very uncomfortable with the one chair that nobody could sit in comfortably. Also there has been no nurse that has come in to check out him at all. I understand that everybody is overwhelmed but a quick check in should not take that long. Editing this review. My dad had entered just as the Labor Day weekend was starting so they were short of people to help. I have been to visit and the facility is really good The people I met are really fine people and he's getting well care for. They did have to move rooms one time because the power got knocked out on his side but beyond that they keep him active and they are doing the rehab as they should.

i want to thank all of the wonderful beautiful staff, for fantastic care of my mom and my dad he spent most his time there.. everytime i called the staff nurses would inform me how both mom and dad were doing to calm my fears they showed my parents so much love and kindness. she fell 3 yrs ago love and the support for the whole family was un believable and how fast she recovered. she fell again broke her hip needed to stay longer bc of insurance she could not stay as long as she needed too. my dad was not prepared for home care they reassured him every thing would be okay..nurse was nervous she truly cared and gave dad contacts and info to help him fell better..she was very concerned. this in turn says so much about this faculity its the love support and the compassion for each everyone, every family member and person comes through thier doors.. all of the nurses and staff are angels 'that walk among us each and everyday'. i send you my love and much appreciation and thank you. when i ever need you hope i am welcome there love you all thank you
